Working on this ou team and am hoping for some suggestion. Any suggestions would be much appreciated! :)
Most of the Pokémon on this team I put here just because I felt like using one, so my explanations might not be the best
The sets on these Pokémon are pretty much standard

    Talonflame @ Choice Band
    Ability: Gale Wings
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
    Adamant Nature
    - Brave Bird
    - Flare Blitz
    - U-turn
    - Sleep Talk

Started this team by slapping on a talonflame just cuz
Sleep Talk because I was not sure of what to put for a 4th move so I put this here if i happened to switch in on a spore
Gets wrecked by Heatran and Landorus-T, but can pretty much revenge anything low
Cries in the face of Rocks

    Conkeldurr @ Assault Vest
    Ability: Guts
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
    Adamant Nature
    - Drain Punch
    - Ice Punch
    - Mach Punch
    - Knock Off

I just really like using conkeldurr so I put one on this team. It also works well with talonflame as it kills stuff like heatran, eating up hits with AV
Set is pretty much just the standard Conkeldurr so not really sure what to explain about
Good for things like Heatran, or Gliscor
    Mega Pinsir hurts a lot
Good switch in for toxic or Will-o-wisp because then you get guts boost

    Skarmory @ Leftovers
    Ability: Sturdy
    EVs: 252 HP / 232 Def / 24 Spe
    Bold Nature
    - Roost
    - Stealth Rock
    - Defog
    - Whirlwind

The hazards setter, phaser, and defogger I use for this team.
Sturdy with Whirlwind can save me from a setup sweep as long as there are no rocks
    Heatran is scary
Can easily take weaker Pokémon on and whirlwind juggle
    Don't defog the bisharp

    Garchomp @ Choice Scarf
    Ability: Rough Skin
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - Outrage
    - Earthquake
    - Stone Edge
    - Poison Jab

This man right here takes souls for me. Either take out Pokémon or takes them low. Outspeeds a lot of the annoying things i face
Not sure about Poison Jab but sure why not
Gets walled by things like Skarm, Ferro, Lanto-T can switch in if you're locked into EQ

    Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
    Bold Nature
    - Will-O-Wisp
    - Hydro Pump
    - Volt Switch
    - Pain Split

Standard rotom for some burning and a small volt turn core
Also gives this mostly physical team some sp atk
Good for Azumarill, Talonflame, Mega Pinsir, etc

    Gardevoir @ Gardevoirite
    Ability: Trace
    Shiny: Yes
    EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Hyper Voice
    - Calm Mind
    - Psyshock
    - Hidden Power Ground

Kinda of put this Pokémon here for my 6th just cuz
This is basically all of my Sp Atk on this team
I want to run Focus Blast, but it's Focus Miss so I really hate it as I am not one who is blessed by the hax gods
scizor BP will probably kill this thing, mega Venusaur is scary, and so is Talonflame
1 calm mind lets you OHKO a Dragonite right through multiscale

So the first problem is Sleep Talk, and it brings up the issue that you are choice banded. there would be 2 moves I would suggest for your fourth move, but seeing you are choiced here are your other options. I suggest running a special move like Overheat, i get that it ruins the purpose of your scarf and Talonflames iv's in atk, but you can add that last 4 to special atk instead of defense. The reason it would be more helpful is if you run into a Pokémon that has a def bulk, but has a terrible special defense. It's good to be ready for all types of foes.

Now i get you rather have it so an enemy Pokémon gives you a status condition rather than you starting it, but the issue with this is. You should rather get burned then poisoned or paralysis. I rather suggest you run a fire orb set, so that you're guaranteed the guts ability and don't need to worry about other status conditions. Overall you want to make use of your ability to the fullest extent. I get what you're going for, but what happens when you don't get status conditioned and you are up against a good bulky Pokémon, you're gonna have trouble trying to knock it out without guts.

Your Skarmory is pretty solid, but since Heatrans are scary and a problem, you should consider running a different Pokémon to setup, or at least something that can setup but is unexpected.

Your Garchomp is also pretty solid, except for the poison jab. I promise you the only time you're going to use poison jab, is on fairy types, and pure grass types. Another suggestion, that can help against Air Balloon Heatrans, is brick break. brick break also helps with dark types, normal types (bulky ones), and much more. Poison just doesn't have too much coverage so that is why I don't recommend it.

Your Rotom-W set is interesting, as you are going to make use of Rotoms bulk, and pain split everything that's good. An item i recommend over leftovers is maybe sitrus berry, but overall your set is fairly solid.

Gardevoir works, and i understand what you mean about focus blast being unreliable at times. a bullet punch to a mega Gardevoir shouldn't really kill unless its a crit or a swords dance (need to check on this actually)
I feel though that the 252 speed is honestly not worth it, and i get it, you want to potentially setup once and start sweeping away, but i feel you should distribute a bit more ev's into either def, or sp.def. That your Gardevoir can survive more often, especially against special defense users. I never really ran mega Gardevoir, because i much preferred choice scarf Gardevoir, to make sure i get speed, and at the same time have good power. It's understandable why you wouldn't run focus blast, but sometimes you might need to take a risk on it.

Hopefully I was able to help you on your Pokémon team, so best of luck.
