Quite a popular theory, but what are your thoughts on this? (We see a Zoroark living in a trailer or sorts, and you follow it to where you meet N in B/W2, I also believe there is an event for it)

I would say his a human, while it is an interesting theory I can't really share the idea, it would be weird for a zoroark to hold other pokemons in pokeballs too.

I don't really know, the main thing that stops me from accepting a theory like that is the fact that (to my knowledge) there are no Pokémon that can speak in the games, so if N was a Zoruark he'd be really special.

I think it's a really cool theory, with many aspects that would prove it to be true, and only a few to no flaws. I really like N, and Zoroark, and even if it's not actually true, I still like the idea of it.

    Also, my profile pic.

Kinda interesting, but I'm pretty sure that's not the case. Even if a Zoroark manages to use its illusion powers to make itself look like a human, it can't maintain it if it gets hurt, right?
From what I've seen in the recent anime eps, he seems to get hurt a lot and nothing happens lol

I have never thought of this. I don't believe he is, due to the fact on I don't think Zoroark can speak, and I don't think it's ability can let it turn into a human, I would consider it false, but a really cool theory.

I really don't think this theory is at all true. We know that he has a Zoroark, and I've heard theories that it was his first Pokémon. That one, I can believe. But N being the Zoroark, I don't think so...
Zoroark can't talk in the games. I guess you could make a case if you count the anime that it's possible because that stupid little Zorua in the movie talked, but going off of the games alone, then Zoroark can't talk. N, on the other hand, never shut up.

I guess that's my main reason... I guess there are other little reasons, but they're based solely on opinion and there's no real game evidence for them. Like I don't think that a Pokémon would use Pokémon in battle, and I don't think the Pokémon used in that battle would take it seriously. But there's no evidence for that, at least, not that i know of.

Hmm. I think he's human, but I've never heard this theory before. I like it, it actually makes a surprising amount of sense. I don't think that would actually be in a Pokémon game, but I might just take that as headcannon.

This theory is quite unusual and interesting, but there is no evidence to back it up. N can talk in the gameand in the anime, but Zoruas and Zoroarks cannot. Andifit was real, Pokeomon would make it a bit more, well, believable. They would havehim not talk, never realy even go near you, his Pokémon might not land attacks as often as they should, and his name would probablly be Z, because you know, it's Nintendo and they do stuff like that. But people can believe the theory if theywant, I'm not against it entirely.

This is the first time I've ever heard of this theory. While I can think of a few things that might make it true, I'll have to agree with Thalssing. It doesn't really make sense for a Pokémon to be carying around Poke Balls.

I'm interested in conspiracy theories like "Gengar is Clefable's Doppelganger/Shadow", "Ditto-Mew-Mewtwo Theory" and "Genesect is an engineered Kabutops", but I must say that "N is Zoroark" theory is one of the least believable.

Like everyone said, the biggest dent in this conspiracy theory is that Zoroark can't talk.

"B-but Meowth can talk, why can't Zoroark?" is one of the more absurd rebuttals i've seen regarding this dent.

I've even seen someone try to invert the colors of Zoroark's sprite, only to see N's color scheme. (lol plot thickens)

It's true that there are a lot of holes in it, but either way it's an interesting one. I find those theories you listed to be talked about a lot, which can make them kind of boring, considering you hear them at every turn when discussing Pokémon "conspiracies"

And whoever said about Meowth is kinda...stupid? The anime really can't be counted as canon in any single way, however, if you think deeper, maybe Zoroark is N? As a Zoroark, maybe it doesn't have the proper throat to speak actual words, but when transformed in to N, maybe it even replicates how humans are exactly.

I know this would kind of go against the whole illusion ability, with it being an illusion rather than an actual transformation, but with Pokémon like Ditto around, it's very possible that maybe in the Pokémon world a Zoroark/Zorua could have learned this move, somehow too.

Could have been that maybe a young Zorua transformed in to a young N, but was kicked out of town for being too different, and so he went to live in the forest, where he was brought up by other Pokémon (sensing he was a Pokémon). Would explain how he can speak to Pokémon and communicate with them, being one himself.

But nah, of course none of that is true, but it's a pretty interesting story.
