Naruto Shippuden Manga Discussion (Spoilers)

I think Kishi realized he'd made Sasuke too evil for any of the good guys to let him live as things were, so the recent events were his quick way to solve that problem.

Seriously, I remember when the Sharingan was JUST an eye used to copy moves.

 

I was really happy. No exaggeration. It was the best thing that could ever happen. I went to school and ran to my friend screaming in joy. It literally happened. xD When he was like "I will be Hokage", I had the same reaction as Ino, Shikamaru, pretty much everybody there.

 

The Sharingan-Byakugan relationship was just a rumor, noone stated it as fact, but more of a legend.

Ive honestly found the last chunk of the story abit thrown together. I do like how sasuke came back though, unless he was serious... If it was just to poke at Naruto and his old rivalry, I like it

 

Would be interesting XD But no, at this point he understands Itachi's wishes, and he wont turn on the village now.

 

Actually Kakashi said that the Uchiha clan can trace it's ancestry all the way back to the Hyuga clan (Man, Neji used to be an ass....)

At any rate, I think it'd be poetic justice at this point if Sasuke survived the fight alongside Sakura and Naruto, but gets blinded in the process. The sharingan's been such a symbol of his clan's power that it'd be fitting for it to be lost in the end as a way to show that he's now more about the village and the people in it than about the clan that Madara came to represent.

 

I just finished reading the chapter and there was ONE single image on my mind the whole time:

 

Omg yes! I am so tired of Rasengan this and Rasengan that! Its terrable!

XD Glorious! Simply glorious!

 

I'm just glad he can THROW the silly rasenshuriken now. It was a major letdown after he first developed it when it turned out he still had to do flying leaps at his opponents and smash it into their tummies.

Also, I did like how they tied it back to Minato being inspired by the biju-bomb.

Still, more than "other moves", I miss the days of the Wave Country arc. Back when their primary weapons were actual weapons/tools and they fought with tactics instead of DBZ-esque moves.

I don't care how powerful Madara or any of the other baddies have been; Zabuza will always be the best villain the series has ever had.

 

This is true, it has gotten abit DBZ-esque. But if you let an action anime go on this long, chances are it will get to that level of rediculous. They just keep building strength till everyone is like goku or frieza

 

The sad thing about this statement is the fact that DBZ was dragged on for so dang long that power levels soon eclipsed even Frieza

Also; who knows what Orochimaru's gonna do. I'm still a bit whiplashed by Sasuke's allegiance shift so right now this series feels like it could go anywhere.

 

I'll believe it when I see them put his body in the ground.

(And I'm only being that specific because the last time he died and we even saw a body, he was resurrected a few chapters later anyway.)

 

Its gonna be naruto and sasuke vs obito in the end. Between the 2 of them, the youngest of the Uchiha and Senju lines, they should have the power to match this false sage.
On a related note, who wants to bet Naruto gets the Rinnegan?

 

I know it will never happen, but I think it'd be hilarious if with all their flashy bomby lightning, wind, and fire powers, Naruto and Sasuke end up having no chance against Obito...

And then Tenten appears out of nowhere, puts a katana through his head, and gives him a Panty & Stocking end.

"I am sorry. I am actually a descendant of the Rikkudo Sennin."
