Due to busy life, we got no time to admire nature and we have moved away from it. Do you still sit under the shades of trees and feel the breeze blowing? Are you in contact of nature? Do you tgink nature helps us to maintain good health? Do you think nature helps us fight stress?

I still sit under the shades of trees, listens birds chirping but very less. Here, forest are very less so i cant find a place to relax and have contact with nature. I really think nature helps to come out of stress and maintain good health.

I love nature, and while I don't get out often from mid-fall to mid-spring because of the dry cold weather, I adore being outside in late spring/early summer, because the weather is amazing! Something about how spring smells really makes me energized, it's such a great season. Plus that's around the time that the parks and gardens around where I live start opening up again, so I go there sometimes to walk around and enjoy nature. Nature kind of hates me, though, as I'm sensitive to pretty much everything, haha. So if anything, it's a detriment to my health, but I put up with it anyway because I enjoy it.

Of course, I also spend a lot of time inside (especially in winter) because of my job and drawing and playing games, but I do try to balance it with being outside when the weather is nice.

Mehh, nature is great, but I don't feel like traveling to get there. We don't have that much nature here. I guess I would visit it more often if I were living close to it. Since that's not the case, however, I prefer to spend my times indoors.
I think forests and dune landscapes are my favourite. I don't really like the mountains or the beach though. Plains are fine too, as long as they're not in use by farmers to let livestock live on there.

The best way for me to answer this is with a "Ha! I wish!"

My issue is that I live in a very large suburban area, and because of that, there aren't very many rough 'natural' areas for me to peruse; even the 'nature trails' by me are still enclosed by other barriers that prevent people from going too far - not like you would ever venture off a trail path, right?

That said, if I ever am at such a place, it's an excellent time to be alone with my thoughts. While I could do that at home, there are many other distractions that come up (some rather unhealthy), and when I'm outside, at least I have the opportunity to move and get a bit of exercise as I do. This keeps my mind focused and organised, as I devote my thoughts to walking straight ahead, but beyond that, the rest of my mind becomes neatly clean and streamlined as a result.

I'm not exactly sure what the reasoning behind it is, but I believe it has something to do with being in a state of mind in which I concentrate heavily on whatever I am thinking of at the moment.

All those initial questions I answer yes to. It's good to get to nature, and I do it often, if only in moderation.

Every day when I wake up, while I'm waiting for my coffee to brew, the first thing I do is look at the weather outside, and if it's anywhere between 50F and 90F and not precipitating I'll sit outside in the morning, listening to birds, watching critters, feeling wind, and absorbing sunlight while drinking my morning brew. If I could retire at this young age, I would literally do that every morning. Wake up at 4-5 AM and enjoy the sun rising over nature.

I get farther into nature less often though. Sometimes I run a nature trail, occasionally I go hiking at a nearby State Park mountain, but I haven't been camping for years. Still, fresh air is fresh air, and it relieves stress for me and I feel its health benefits, so I get out when I can.
