It was a typical day of school as Neil got dressed and sighed. Another day of being bullied and picked on. All the while, Izy was not looking forward to another day of boredom in class.
Books, books, and books. Lots of them. Chelia was busy tidying up her room, due to her books being scattered round and about. She didn't have enough time to do so last night, and now she is getting less time to prepare to go to school. Kristofer was just minding his own business, walking to school. He didn't make eye contact with anybody on the way, and neither did the people around him. His silent demeanor has made him very unpopular, which is an understatement. Most people refer to him as scary or threatening.
Neil ran toward the school after getting ready. Although he was still ten minutes early, he often tried to be much more punctual. After all, he took pride in his attendance, no matter how much he hated being around other students. And once he entered the school, he sped to his locker for a bully to see him come by and stick his leg out, tripping the boy and sending him flying. Many stared as he had flown right into a girl with pinkish-purple hair, knocking her down with him.
Chelia was surprised when a red haired guy was sent flying towards her, causing her to fall down with him as well. The books that she had brought were sent flying into the ground as well. Kristofer had just arrived at school, walking down the halls when he noticed a commotion between a red haired guy and a pinkish purple haired girl. He was unable to see properly, but when people noticed him and his cold stare, they began to step aside as they didn't want anything to happen to them, even though nothing will.
Neil immediately sprang to his feet and spat, "Sorry!" as the bully laughed and said, "Oh man, that was priceless," his friends giving him a high five as all three exited the area.
"It's fine," she said, dusting off her dress, before turning her attention to the bullies, "although it'd be nice if you can all stop though." Kristofer began to walk away from the scene, after seeing that the two were doing just fine.
Izy, meanwhile, walked by the scene and rolled her eyes, thinking, 'Idiots, all of them.' Neil laughed nervously and went to help her pick up her books when he looked at her watch and winced, groaning, "Oh no, I got five minutes left."
Chelia gasped, "5 minutes?" her face turning red, taking all of the books that flew in all different directions after what happened, "I'll take these now, bye."
Soon enough, Neil arrived in class, shocked to see that he had gone to the same class simply by going down a different path. Could it be that he had been in the same first class as this girl all year and never noticed?
As Chelia entered the room, she began to put her books at her table, opening each and every one of them. One of the books contained complex mathematical equations, one had scientific formulas, one contained war history, and the last one was proper grammar. Kristofer sat beside the red haired guy and an empty table. The other students rushed inside so as to not sit beside Kristofer. There were two students left who were arguing with who should side beside him, annoying Kristofer even further, "Just sit down already!" his voice filling the entire room.
Izy rolled her eyes and sat beside him, saying, "There, happy?" the other students breathing a sigh of relief.
Izy rose an eyebrow and thought, 'Did he seriously think I was asking him?' before shaking her head. As expected, class was very typical. Izy felt bored through the whole thing, Neil trying to take as many notes as possible. And once it was over, the students immediately got up to leave.
Kristofer was the first one to leave the room. Nobody was able to stop him from doing so anyway. Chelia stood up from her desk, titled herself quite a bit as she was taking her bag back into her shoulder. "Well, that was quite boring," she sighed, "I expected something more... challenging, at least."
Neil blinked when suddenly, he noticed something streak by the window. He blinked and figured it was nothing before slowly approaching Chelia and saying, "Hey. Funny how we're in the same class together, eh?"
Chelia felt like something was creeping up on her, and suspicions were true. The guy who she bumped into - no, the man who bumped into her earlier this day had something to say. "Oh," A surprised face came from Chelia, turning her attention to the guy. "Yeah, I guess. It's kinda weird that it feels like we've been in the same class for quite some time now, yet I still don't know much about you."
