New and completely lost

By posting this topic you already made the first step to introducing yourself to others. Satix made a pretty good guide for the basics of lake Valor here. I think the best way to get to know others is to try to reach 5 posts so that you can chat in the shoutbox. In the shoutbox you can make new friends and chat with everyone online! Its so much fun and you'll be bound to make a new friend. It might take some time for you to get used to how the forum works, but if you stick with it, you can find LV to actually be pretty user friendly. The forum software is pretty unique and customizable too. Anyways, welcome to Lake Valor. I hope you get settled in ok and I hope to see you around!

Hi! Welcome to Lake Valor! It does take a bit of figuring out, especially if this is the first forum you've ever been on, but I hope you'll find that you like the site a lot once you know your way around.
As Bloom said, there is a guide to the site if you want to check that out, but there are also the mentors that can show you around, and answer any questions you might have.
