    So new question, if you can evolve your Eevee in Let's Go Eevee then what eeveelution would you chose? I would evolve mine into Espeon or Sylveon. Also, do you think they would let us soft reset for shiny Eevee in Let's Go Eevee and Pikachu in Let's Go Pikachu?

    Well, this game may not necessarily be a new main series game, more of a title to tide over the Go players into the main series, from what I have heard and think.

    Oh, and if we can evolve them, which seems unlikely at the moment, I'll go for Sylveon unless it's just the original 151 in which case I'll go for Vaporeon.

    Well, if I can evolve my Eevee, then it would be Flareon.
    But I personally don't think there's the chance to get a shiny Eevee, I think it's scripted that you only can get a normal one...And even if there's the possibility of getting one in shiny; I'll probably wouldn't do it.

    Soft Resetting for shiny starters take a long time but I really would want my partner to be shiny if it is on my shoulder or head. I wonder what shiny hunting would be like in these games. I don’t think shiny hunters like me would be happy if they shiny lock all the Pokémon
