Do you have any resolutions or goals for the new year? Or are you the kind of person who doesn’t make resolutions?
I usually don't do resolutions but for 2020 -better myself. work on my physical health, work on getting my driving permit/license and try to land a job! -cook more, learn how to use that stove and don't be afraid to use it -write in my gratitude journal and art prompt book daily -go out and have actual fun, do stuff I missed out on as a kid/teen
I don't do resolutions but I do have one for 2020. I want to get back into writing. For a while this year, I was able to get back into writing, but I decided to use my allotted time for something else and could never get back into writing for the rest of the year.
--Learn to be more empathetic to others' needs --Learn to let go of what I can't control --Do better at speaking up for myself
My resolution for this next year is to get a job (finally), but more then that I have a goal to lose some weight and exercise more. I've been pretty inactive these past few years, but this next coming year I'm finally moving on with my life. I'll be able to have more opportunities, but I want to have good habits in place before I move in six months. I don't need to lose a lot of weight, but I definitely want to feel more comfortable even with casual, simple exercising, because a little bit can go a long way. And though it's more about being healthy than being skinny, I do want to lose weight because moving is going to be very stressful and I'll have a lot of cause for anxiety and possible depression, and I don't want my constant unease about my weight to contribute to that.
Mine is to draw at least one thing every week. I've gone months at a time without drawing this year, and I'm starting to get a little rusty.
Well, I actually only have one: better management of my own time. I'd be capable of doing so much more if I get that working.
