I don't make New Years resolutions. I've tried before and I usually end up breaking them the next day.
I usually make them as long-term goals for the year rather than something I do consistently from day 1. Mine this year is to move into my own place.
I don't have any specific ones, but for the most part I want to try to be more productive and enjoy life more. Maybe also taking better care of myself lol.
My new years resolution is to do at least one giveaway every month. Most likely towards the end of the month.
Nope. They're useless. If I can't do it any other day, what makes me think I can do it on New Years Day?
I dont really understand resolutions so I made really big overarching ones. Last year I made the resolution to start learning to drive which I have been doing so that's good. Next year I want to draw more of my own characters and maybe start a few practice comic pages.
My resolution is actually finding a career path I want to embark on. I've fooled around enough and have to get serious if I want to get anywhere.
I don't usually make new year resolutions but this time I made. There are many I want to be changed in me and I decided to improve myself as a better person who knows english more nicely xD and also to study. I hope I'll be able to fulfill them, if not completely at least to an extent
Finish at least 50 more games on my backlog, continue to improve my physical/mental health - which sounds very non-specific, but I do have specific strategies for each that I won't be discussing for obvious personal reasons - and aim to increase the number of hours I work. Mostly, I try and just continue on with things I've been trying to do, so I don't just give up on things.
I don't make huge resolutions, only small ones like "improve this" or "do the thing" generally. I'm making a goal to draw every single day!! Around May of this year I got into a rhythm of drawing every day, and I want to carry that on in 2018!
Okay I have another one; clean and reorganize my room. I've been away at college for almost 4 consecutive years and when I got back I didn't bother to clean because I didn't think I'd be living at home for too long. I don't know how it's gotten to be this bad. I just cleared off space on my dresser because I'm planning on getting a bird tomorrow and needed a spot for it. The top of the dresser was black from all the dust. It was originally white. I swear I'm generally a neat and organized person, it's just fallen into complete disarray. And while I'm at it, my room has had the same layout for 7-8 years. Might be time to change it up a bit.
I'm going to try to do better in college. I know I've been passing all of my classes thus far, but it wouldn't hurt if I tried just a little bit harder.
My new year's resolution is to finish a secret project (dubbed "H.E.C.K.") and probably be more active here.
I don't usually have any New Year's resolutions. However, my friend gave me one this time around--to actually make a colored reference sheet of at least one of the characters I have, considering I've never made reference sheets before.
I don't make them either, since I live life as I go... but will be crossing my fingers for those of you who have plans. You can do it! If anything I suppose my only goal for the new year this year is to buy an apartment/co-op since I definitely feel I'll have enough before the end of the year to do it, but who knows where life will take you, ya know?
