Nicknames

Sugar Cube for an Alolan Vulpix was great - I also liked Smol Doggo for a Growlithe.

 

I didn't even notice what section this was in and it didn't really specify in the first post. There was something similar in the game corner, so I assumed it was just in general.

 

There is a member that named their Tangela, "Weed on Shoes."

I'll just go through the list of users around, and pick out nicknames that I thought I liked.

In alphabetical order by nickname (I'm not going to say who - but you know who you are), here's my list:

This only speaks to individual nicknames that have stood out. It does not say anything about naming themes, a few of which I've seen and can appreciate.
...A lot of those names were on Legendary Eggs, though I think a lot of that would be due to their sheer abundance.

A lot of my Pokémon's names are puns. I'm particularly proud of Rick Gastly (Gastly, lol), and Van Hellsting (Beedrill)

 

What is the most ridiculous nickname you've given a Pokémon on lake valor?

for me its my kakuna soon to be beedrill named

"BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE'S"

 

I named my Alolan Geodude "SparkySparkyBoom" inspired by the guy from avatar.

My Weepinbell. For some strange (but fitting) reason I named it 'OM NOM NOM'.

 

all of my 'mon are named responsibly! ... except for my 5th and 6th legendary eggs, which are named "hatchdate when" and "oh jeez" respectively //brick'd

I named one Legendary Egg as "Dinner" and another one as "Amniotic Sac".
There clearly aren't very many corny depths I've yet to sink to.

I typically name all of my Pokémon here off of food and beverages. The one I find the most amusing would have to be my Tangela, Spaghetti. For obvious reasons. XD

 

I only named the first 3 or so. When I have a cynda I name him Ian. As all my cynda are called Ian xD
