Nightcore

Nightcore is the glorified term to describe the style of speeding up Eurodance, Hands Up and Trance, emerged in the mid 2000s[12] on YouTube. It is characterized by a tempo of between 160 and 180 beats per minute[13] with high-pitched vocal. It is originated by the Norwegian DJ duo of the same name back in 2002.[1][2]

Nightcore, described by the Norwegian DJ duo Nightcore, is "mix techno/dance music into faster and more happier sounds for your listening pleasure!".[2][5] During the interview with SuperSuper Magazine in 2011, they mentioned: "Nightcore has become a style of music, a way to make the music happier — 'happy hardcore' as they say."[3] Nightcore also answered nightcore music is happy hardcore music when asked by a fan.[21]
Since 2011, nightcore has been massively misused to describe sped up version of various genres other than Dance, Trance music, including Pop, Rock and Hip Hop. The overwhelming number of sped up Pop, Rock and Hip Hop songs labelled "Nightcore" on YouTube effectively hijacked the word Nightcore.

I like listening to Nightcore. owo I kinda prefer AWaS Nightcore to the original, though honestly it's hard to go back to the original haha.
My favorit'es AWaS but i like that one a lot anyway....

I listen to Nightcore almost every day for at least 12 hours, & I'm always looking for more. owo I have two personal favourite Nightcore songs, the first being ETW (Everytime We Touch) & the second being God Is A Girl. Of course Angel With a Shotgun is clearly the best track.

I listen to a lot of Nightcore as well! I just love how upbeat and catchy a majority of the songs are and most of the time the higher pitches sound a lot better on some songs. My favorite Nightcore songs are probably God is a Girl, Angel of Darkness, and Vamos a la Playa being my #1 favorite. Its just something about the upbeat tempo and softer vocal tone that just really lifts my spirits when I listen to Nightcore. It is Kawaii approved music after all.

How funny, I was just mentioning in PS server that I was listening to Nightcore. At first, I listened to Pika Girl Nightcore for 10 hours, as someone wanted me to see if I could last, which I did that day. I started listening to the song more, and then branched it out. My favorites are Angel With a Shotgun, Everytime We Touch, Moonlight Shadow, Angel of Darkness, Doktorspiele, and Heartbeatz lol. I listen to a lot of it now, it's very good to listen to when working on things.

I recently got back into listening Nightcore after 3 years of none at all. I really love the upbeat feeling that it comes with. It just sounds so happy. Some of my personal favorites are Hurry Up and Save Me, Dollhouse, and Courtesy Call. I particularly like the genre of Rock being turned into nightcore, since it somewhat reduces the raw emotion in the sound.

I only recently got into Nightcore, and I find that it's really good to listen to when I'm studying.
So far I've only come across Shatter Me, which sounds good normally, but the Nightcore version just sounds EPIC, and I'm looking for more. =D
I'd love to make a Nightcore playlist when I've got blocks. XD (any suggestions?)
