    It has been confirmed that Nintendo is creating a new console called the NX. What is your opinion on this? Is it too soon, or does the time not matter? What direction will it go in? What will the games be like? Where will they put their focus?

    The thing that I do not like at all about this whole NX experience is the fact that a lot of people think that the WiiU is stupid. I love my WiiU, I think it's one of the greatest systems that I have ever used, period. The end. The gamepad works well, and the functions that it can provide in a variety of games are extremely useful. It's because of this that I think that the NX is coming out a little too early, from a gamer's standpoint. From the community's standpoint, a lot of people want to move on from the WiiU. I agree with a lot of people I know in that the NX will be similar to the WiiU, but the Gamepad will be more wireless. The games won't be too much more advanced since it is a soon release. I think a lot of the focus from the NX will be on making it more unique, so my guess is, more portable, which would be a good thing since I can't take my gamepad more than like 15 feet away from my WiiU.

    I can really agree with @[member="Wizard"] about the Wii U. I do not think it is bad at all! Why was it so criticized? Because it's unique? I think that's a silly reason. The Wii U has amazing games, is very useable, and I don't see any complaining coming from people who have them!

    As for the NX, I actually am looking forward for it. I just wanted more Wii U games, but that's fine by me.

    I'm really curious to find out what the NX is gonna be like! I read an article in the newspaper today that said Nintendo's profit has massively declined once again. The article said this new console would need to be the savior of the company, or else it will be in even bigger trouble next year.

    Well, we know literally nothing about it, only the project name so it's all up to our imagination at this point. The thing I'd like to see most on the NX is more 3rd party games. I know there's already been a lot of fuss about the subject, but after having owned a Wii U for 2,5 years, you start to realize how little there is to play besides the occasional first party release. Nintendo investing in getting more indie games on their consoles is a step in the right direction, but if you compare the library to the Xbone or PS4 (which both came out later than the Wii U) it's really disappointing, let alone compare it to the games you can play on your computer. Every time there's an announcement for a new game, I know I can't get too excited because it probably won't come out on the Wii U. Even in Nintendo's home country, Japan, they are constantly trumped by Sony's PS4. If it wasn't for its amazing first party games, the Wii U would've flopped even more than it already has and that's painful for me as a Nintendo fan too. The console doesn't matter too much to, but I do care about playing games and having a variety of them to choose from, something the Wii U has utterly failed to provide me. So please Nintendo, try to get more 3rd party developers to make games for your next console. Please ;^;
