Noob: Help patch together my offensive team?

Since I finally completed the Pokédex yesterday I can move on to my next goal of getting the trophies at Battle Masion and finally making a team.

First off, as some of you may know, I'm a complete and total noob at this...but I want either a hyper offense or a heavy offensive team (what's the difference?) Basically I want to get in there, do as much damage as I possibly can. Never switch out and hopefully kill off my opponents before they kill me.

So yeah. These are the pkm I currently own. Their moves and EV spreads are mashed together from all over the internet. Raptor helped me with some (thanks!) I was wondering if I could make a good offensive team with some of them? Items haven't really been decided. Neither have tiers

Pkm are: Skarmory, Crobat, Metagross, Typhlosion, Tyranitar, Garchomp, Espeon, Hydreigon, Latios, Scizor, Haxorus, Lucario, Gengar, Dragonite, Absol, Houndoom.

Below are their current stats. Sorry for different formats. Evs and Moves can be changed. I'd prefer to not have to breed new ones though so Nature and Trait will have to stay.
