Nuzlocke Event​

For this event you'll be sharing your nuzlocke experiences with your fellow Valorians and earn some PP on the way. Please sign up here stating which game you'll be playing and add a link in your sign up post when you create your journal.

This event will end February 28 6PM PST

The games that are allowed for this event are XY, ORAS, SM and USUM.

Nuzlocke Rules

- All pokémon must be nicknamed
- If a pokémon faints it is considered dead and must be boxed permanently
- If all pokémon in your party faints is game over
- Must catch the first pokémon encountered on a route (Even if is one you've caught before)
- In-game gift pokémon are allowed (Only Totem Gumshoos/Raticate are allowed since they're the first totem you can get)
- No Exp. Share
- No Pokémon-Amie (this means you can't have Sylveon)
- Pokémon that evolves via trading must gain 10 levels from capture/last evolution before you can evolve it again
- Legendary pokémon are not allowed

Event Rules

- You are required to log your progress at important points throughout the game*
- If you fail a run you're allowed to restart and try again, once the event is over you'll be given PP based on the run you reached the furthest in.

Rewards

Rewards are tier based on how far you’ve gotten by the time event ends since there are 4 games to choose there’s going to be different tier lists. Once the event is over your progress will checked and you’ll be given PP based on it. There'll also be a community reward all participants will get based on how many reach certain points doing the event.

No, you have to start a new one.

 

You have to follow the rules for the event, so sadly no fun allowed or I would have added a bunch of crazy rules to my own.

 

You can catch any shiny you might find, but unless is the first encounter you obviously cannot use it.

 

No, I trust you don't cheat as not everyone can dice out pictures including myself since I have to go through a lot to just get one picture up, if you want to add pictures however you are more than welcome to.
