    I wasn't too sure where to put this thread since there is a Wii version of this game, but to be honest, I prefer the PS2 version and they've also made one for PS3 (in HD) so there ... ;D

    So does anyone here know Okami? I just LOVE it. The story, the graphics, the music, the art ...
    To everyone who has never played it: Do it! It's a very long game (I'd say 30h minimum) but it'll be worth every minute :D

    Oh god yes! Okami is my all-time favorite game. I don't even know how many hours I've clocked into it or how many times I've played it overall, but it's just fantastic. I just got the HD version for the PS3, and it's gorgeous. I can actually tell what some of the harder-to-see textures are, haha. Plus, so many new achievements! I have 65% of the achievements so far, I'm aiming to get them all.

    ...and of course no game of Okami would be complete without some Celestial Brush shenanigans. (aka immaturity via swear words)

    Okami's one of my all time favorite games to play. I got it originally on the wii. Took me three plays to get all the beads, then three more plays to get tired of being OP and nothing really to do. I sold it back to Gamestop, a mistake on my part, but found Okami for the PS2 this past summer. So I beat that with all the beads in one play, haven't had time to play with being OP again. I keep forgetting to get Okami on the PS3, one of these weekends I'm going to have to remember.

    My favorite boss is the Owls, to answer your question. I've played okamiden, though I didn't enjoy the story as much as Okami's, though I do give it props for pretty accurate drawing realization (I don't think that is the word I'm looking for, but it works for now) and the music was good. I think my favorite thing about Okami was the Devil Trial Gates, specifically the last one in the game. That was my money spot whenever I needed to go to the dojo, which was often enough.

    I proudly own the PS3 version as well, and it's up there as one of my all-time favorites; I never played the PS2 version, but I did rent the Wii verison a couple of times til I got an HDTV back in 2009, which made the game unplayable.

    It's one of the most beautiful-looking games of all time, and sadly no one has seemed to top that game even in the coming PS4 generation.... well, except for El Shaddai, but that game was made by one of the designers of Okami. : P

    I absolutely love okami! Everything about it seems perfect to me, gameplay, story, characters, art...its just sooooo good!
