As seened in my Sig this is Oliver:

    Bio:
-As a young kit, he was adopted and raised under the care of Deena/Breauna (aka me). While growing up he became less interested with the world and humans. The only one he could actually stand was his owner. Being surrounded by other Pokémon, he tends to be the shy type and less talkative as well. For the most parts he likes to be alone or with his owner while they travel. His favorite food is Strawberry Ice cream.

    Lvl: about 15-25

Height: same height as a normal eevee

    Moves:

    -Bite
    -Swift
    -(Egg) Dragon Tail
    -(HM) Fly

    Parents:

    -Mother: Vaporeon
    -Father: Dragonair

He uses his ears to fly mostly but once he evolves he would gain the ability to levitate XD
