Omega Ruby Nuzlocke Horror Show

WARNING: I AM TERRIBLE AT THESE! PLEASE REFRAIN JUDGMENT!

Hello and welcome to my Omega Ruby Nuzlocke! This is also sort of my return to this site as I've been ghosting for a long while and I hope maybe this will kick start my drive to participate in stuff here more.

Anyway, I will be male, my name will be Comet (as per usual in my Pokémon games), and I will be picking Mudkip for my starter and it shall be nicknamed Kenny. I normally would go for Torchic because Blaziken is one of my all-time favs, but I already have the one I used in my original Omega Ruby playthrough and have wanted to use a Swampert for a long while.

Oh yeah, I also talk a lot. So be prepared for that.

Well the sprites aren't working, so I'll just tell you who they are.

Kenny is a Male Mudkip, Kodak is a Male Poochyena, Pip is a Male Wingull, and Swift is a Female Seedot.

 

Well today was a bit of a sad one. First off, I have lost my first team member, the Poochyena Kodak, to a Lass's Zigzagoon... He will be remembered dearly. Next, I caught a Taillow on Route 104, then encountered another in Pedalburg Woods which I failed to catch...

Well today was overall a defeat. I lost Pip to another trainer (I honestly have forgotten what class and Pokémon killed him) and Swift to a wild Whismur that I had to run away from. But I did catch a Zigzagoon on Route 116.

Well I have somehow managed to beat Roxanne without any casualties! All thanks can go to Kenny. I gave Cut to my Zigzagoon (I forgot to mention last time that I got HM01). I made it to Dewford Town, got an Old Rod, and fished up and caught a Tentacool there. I then went on to Granite Cave and caught a Zubat.

Well I officially suck hard at Pokémon compared to y'all. I just lost it to Brawly's Makuhita. Well first I actually put Venom in the PC because I didn't want to deal with training and already had a Water-type and a Poison-type anyway. Then I went through the Gym trainers which wasn't hard (although I was stubborn and just kept healing up Batsy rather than switching her out even though she barely does any damage to Fighting-types right now). I got through Brawly's Machop with relative ease, then lost to his Bulk-Up spamming Makuhita which ended up destroying me. I almost beat it with only Batsy left, but then he used a Super Potion...

Now I do want to say this: I actually really want to keep playing through Omega Ruby, but don't want to restart. So, if I'm allowed, I want to sort of due a re-set of the battle and try it again, but not record this for the event. Rather, I want to start up a Sun nuzlocke and record that for the event, due to me not getting far enough to earn anything in this one. If this is not allowed I'm either no longer participating in the event of restarting this Nuzlocke for it.
