On the subject of professions

Did you have a dream job as a child?
An Astronaut! That's kind of impossible now.

Did you keep it, or do you have a different ideal job now?
Astronomer/Astrophysicist! I'm still an absurdly long way from that, but I'm trying my best to get there.

Are there any jobs you would hate to have?
Anything that involves me sitting in an office, leading/attending meetings, and just not doing anything too fun. It's my nightmare job. Offices suffocate me.

Jobs you would outright refuse to have?
Anything that would go against my views/beliefs.

 

My dream job when I was little was a doctor, and it still is today. I'd love to be a doctor helping patients in whatever way I can. Helping people just makes me happy.

I'd hate to be a garbage man. I can't stand the smell of things in general. I would pass out from smelling all the foul stenches from other people.

 

When I was like 3 years old I always dreamed of being a veterinarian. I loved animals but while growing up I was exposed to animals but my mother would always take them away from me. So that idea was gone.

So then I decided to be an artist then blah blah bam. Graphic Designer (: Its a fun thing to do.

 

I had many dream jobs as a child and my current and most possible one is an actress. Not a film actress, a traditional stage actress.
The job I currently have is in foodservice and I like it, but not for a career.

 

I'm happy with the occupation I have now, because at least it's something.

My "dream" job has changed a lot over the years. Currently, I think I just want to go for a managing degree and eventually start my own business; one that probably has to do with gaming and Electronics.
Other professions I've had in mind were being an Economist or Pharmacist. I would still want a leadership role in those professions though, if I decided to take one of those routes.

 

When I was little, I wanted to be a marine biologist.

But I really hate bio, and I kinda just want to do something with flowers, like flower arranging or such.

My dream job is to still be a teacher. I have always wanted to be a teacher and I still might just do that.

 

I'm not in a job right now, but my ideal job would be to be a video games designer. It's what I've wanted, ever since I was a kid. I still hold that dream job close to my heart.

 

I wanna be an English teacher! I'm not sure if this will change but I would love to be an English teacher, teaching in different countries.

If you're currently working, are you happy with the job you have, or would you rather change? Not working at the moment because I am still in college but I have a volunteer placement at a local nursery

I wanted to be a writer! Mom constantly tried to break it to me that the chances of me getting by as a writer were slim to none, hahaha. I've long since gotten over that dream but still adore writing in my spare time. =] When it comes to work itself I'd take pretty much anything so long as it pays well as money truly is happiness to me. brb swimming in nonexistent money pool
