    Actually, this filler seems interesting. In a few eps Luffy will face Vice Admiral Momonga. This is the first appearance of his in the timeskip. Sort of weird how they are making a filler more canon. This seems like it could be their best filler yet.

    This filler looks all right. Its only going to be a few more so no problem. Come January, and the main story will come back to the anime.

    I thought the episode was good (because it's part of Punk Hazard arc and the stuff in this arc is awesome), but they could have made the dragon look more intimidating. Also, they should incorporate better animation to make it less childish. I've been reading through the comments of youtube episode previews, and people have been suggesting better animation. If they can take advantage of a brand new story to OP anime and incorporate better animation, then One Piece can become a real success and beat Bleach + Naruto.

    I'm just going to say this to finish my rant: I enjoy watching One Piece a lot more than Bleach and Naruto, but if they don't change things, then I might get tired of watching the series.

    What I hate about Bleach and OP is their censorship, making the dragons head come clean off with no blood. I can't even watch fairy tail though, it's FULL of no blood and really sexual poses/scenes.

    I feel like the manga ruins the anime, and I prefer watching created animations over imagining what happens. OP's animators need to make this arc as good as Water 7/Enies Lobby in order to redeem themselves

    I finished watching episode 583. It was a very slow episode, and they spent too much time focusing on unimportant things (redundant emphasizing of the kids saying please help us, gas mask subordinates are very weak but they had a lot of animation in this episode). I liked Sanji in this episode, as he was fueled by Nami's touching response to the kids.

    I'll give this episode a 7/10.

    I thought episode 585 was a lot better than the previous episodes in the arc, but It was annoying to see Brownbeard underestimate Luffy, Zoro, Robin, and Usopp. I wanted luffy to go gia secando and beat the hell out of all of them, but that didn't happen.

    Overall, I give this episode 8.5/10

    Last episode was pretty good. Luffy, Robin, Zoro, and Usopp were pretty funny in this episode. Brownbeard was a total scrub and it was funny how he shit his pants when he noticed Luffy's strawhat. Brook was a badass, and I'm surprised by his quickness; his bounty needs to be raised ASAP!
