So a friend of mine was playing Alpha Sapphire and was going to Sootopolis to get Kyogre. He couldn't figure out where the Cave of Origin was so he left Sootopolis. After looking up where it was he went back but when he arrived all houses were unlocked (They shouldn't be since everyone is taking shelter) and the cave of origin was blocked by an NPC. He tried soft reseting but it didn't work. So now he can't continue the game. Does anyone know how to fix it?
