ORAS in 3D! Or not?

I never use the 3D so these games are no different. Its hard to look at in my opinion. Gets hard on your eyes after a while.

 

I never use 3D in general because it strains my eyes, but if I could, I still probably wouldn't since it lags pretty bad.

 

Yeah, I don't turn it on either. It does hurt the eyes, and it has to be in just the right spot or the colors look weird too. And of course lag.

 

I only use 3D on New Super Mario Bros 2 because the 3D on all the other games I play I find to extreme

 

I use 3D for absolutely everything. I've only had my 3ds for a few months, so that may be it.

 

I own the 2DS instead, because I bought a 3DS, used it for 1day on X/Y with 3D and without, and decided I would not use the 3D, so I sold it back to Gamestop, bought a 2DS with my instone-credit and then saved the rest of the credit for the next generation of Pokémon [ORAS].

 

I hardly ever used the 3D feature because it makes my eyes wonky and results in me having headache not worth suffering over. And I always enjoy games regardless

 

I haven't played this in 3D even once, I don't know why but 3D just isn't my thing. I like the new graphics but the actual 3D feature just puts me off and gives me a headache.

As been said, the novelty kinda wore off very quickly after X/Y.

 

I only turn them on during cutscenes or when I feel like viewing a really cool move in 3D (Like Draco Meteor, for example) but other than that I never turn them on especially during battles because it gets laggy.

 

I actually found that the 3D features in OR/AS were a lot better as they were in X&Y. In the Kalos games, I never really used the 3D function because it worsened the screen more as it helped. However, in OR/AS it seems to be a lot better. I don't have it turned on by default, but I turn it on a lot more as I did in X&Y!

 

I only use the 3D in the cutscene parts that are in 3D, but otherwise like in battle it stays off, the 3D parts do look great though.

 

I don't really like the 3D in the new Pokémon games, it does lag the battles a bit and I'm not a fan of how it looks. I've always kept it off, and I honestly wouldn't mind a Pokémon game for the 3DS entirely in 2D. I'd imagine the 3D takes up quite a bit of room on the cartridge itself, so removing the 3D entirely could add more gameplay and areas in future games.

Either way, I do play ORAS with the 3D off. It still looks amazing in 2D, so I really can't complain!
