For the ORAS RP event! I don't really know where I'm going with this, and I hope not to disappoint you Gengar. Sorry if my RP skills suck real bad omg. But our RP is based off the Delta episode of ORAS! I'm still not sure about what to do but... I hope this turns out ok!

    ----

It was a strange day, especially after the beginning notion of a Team Aqua member confronting him for his keystone. Luckily Wally was saved by the trainer he looked up to, but nonetheless, it was still an unsettling feat. Wally began to contemplate making a trip to Rustboro to ask Steven questions about the happening. Though he knew his rival was more than likely on the way their as well. "I could be just worrying...but..." He kept whirling in his mind before deciding to head out. Gathering his Pokémon and holding onto his keystone; Wally walked down the route at a slow pace, keeping his health in mind. Perhaps something giving him answers would come along this way, or he'd run into some assistance. He hated troubling others with his handicaps, but he had overheard the news of trainers losing their keystones mysteriously. Perhaps he wasn't the only one in need of help.

(this is real bad forgive me omg))

    ((Aqua stahp it's good :)))

"So let me recap," Brendan stated, looking back and forth between Steven Stone and his father. "So there was a war 3000 years ago and an ultimate weapon that ran off the life energy of Pokémon. Your grandfather," he indicated Mr. Stone, "developed Infinity Energy from this same energy. Now there is a huge meteorite headed straight for the planet, and you need a Meteorite Shard to stop it. I need to head to Granite Cave to get one while Steven goes to the Mossdeep Space Center and sets something up with a Link Cable, and something to do with warp systems."

They both nodded. "Exactly!" Mr. Stone exclaimed. "Should be a simple job for someone with your abilities."

"Well, if this meeting is over, I think we should head out," Steven said, beginning to walk towards the stairs. "We have much to accomplish, and little time to do so."

Brendan nodded and began to follow, but before he could take 2 steps a black and gray blur zoomed up the stairs and crashed into the much closer Steven. "Oh, sorry!" her voice called out, Brendan recognizing her as the girl he met in Littleroot Town. Zinnia, was it? "I didn't see you there, I didn't mean to run into you!"

"Quite alright," Steven said politely, looking quizzically at the caped black-haired girl and her Whismur. "Who might you be, and how did you get up here?"

Zinnia opened her mouth as if she was going to answer, but Brendan beat her too it. "Zinnia?" he asked, stepping forward. One of his hands was clenched subconsciously into a fist, and the other hovered over his belt. "Did you attack May?"

Both sets of Stone eyes widened at the questions, while Zinnia gave a sheepish smile. "Weeeeeeeeellllllllllllllllll, I didn't actually mean to hurt her," she admitted. "It just all happened so fast!" The Whismur chimed in agreement.

The new Champion's eyes narrowed. "And the Key Stone theft?" The Stones' eyes widened even more.

"Absolutely necessary!" the girl replied. "You'll see when I'm done." She winked at him. "Oh, that reminds me!" Zinnia suddenly bounded towards him, knocking into him with her shoulder. His sense of balance lost, he began to topple over, feeling Zinnia grab at his wrist for a moment.

No, not his wrist. The Mega Bracelet and its Key Stone.

At the same time, the Whismur rushed at Steven, taking him by surprise and managing to wrestle his Mega Stickpin's Key Stone from it.

"Nice work, Aster!" Zinnia called as she rushed back down the stairs, leaving everyone in the room stunned and, in Brendan's case, on the ground. As she and Aster ran down the building, she failed to notice a green-haired boy.

Entering all too late to fully witness the event, Wally moved aside for the girl who rushed past him. In the blur that he saw her, he took in an unfamiliar figure, and she was much too strange to be any passer by. Wally gathered his bearings and headed into the Devon building to hear the commotion. From what was overheard, apparently his believed rival had lost his keystone, something so dire to any seasoned trainer.

Peering at the shocked faces of both the former champion and current one, Wally asked a question he already knew the answer to; "Did something h-happen?"
It must have been obvious the smaller boy was still in possession of his keystone, unlike the companions around him.

((omg im sorry its so short r.i.p. my life))

"Wally!" Brendan exclaimed, getting off the ground and rushing over to his rival, grabbing him by the shoulders. "Hey, did that crazy girl try and steal your Key Stone?!" He spied the green thread hanging around the boy's neck. "Or maybe not."

He turned away to look at Steven. "And you're fine, yeah?"

"Of course," Steven replied, looking slightly disgruntled. "The Whismur only surprised me, nothing else."

"Glad to hear it," Mr. Stone said, wearing a look of interest. "Now Brendan, who might your friend be?"

"Oh, sorry!" Brendan grinned, spinning back around to clap a friendly hand on Wally's shoulder. "This is Wally, one of the strongest Trainers I know! Wally, Steven Stone and his dad, the President of Devon!"

Wally stared rather dumbfounded at Brendan and the former champion for a brief moment before restating to himself what had happened. It was somehow surreal that his rival, the strongest in all of Hoenn, had lost his keystone. Wally turned his thoughts away, knowing that now he had to do something. When Brendan introduced Wally he blushed in modesty at Brendan's outward compliment. "It makes me really happy you would consider me so strong..." He faintly smiled, it was true he had grown stronger with his Pokémon during the course of their journey.

"So this girl...She took your keystone?" Wally asked, already knowing the answer. He bit his lip and looked down at his feet. No doubt without the keystone the power of his friend was noticably deteriorated. "Do you have any clue where she could've gone? Or w-what she wants to do with them?" Wally stated, gradually gaining more confidence in his ability to help his rival. Maybe he would be the hero this time, and repay what gratitude he owed!

"Yes," Steven replied. "Both mine and Brendan's Key Stones as well as Brendan's friend May's were taken. As for her motives..." Frowning, he turned to Brendan. "It seemed like you knew this Zinnia. Do you know anything about her plans?"

The Champion shook his head ruefully. "She met me outside my house earlier today. She said... something about meeting me the first time? I don't know, and all I know about her is that she battled May and took her Key Stone."

"Intriguing..." Mr. Stone mused distantly before suddenly snapping back to the issue at hand. "Well, it looks like there may be a change of plans after all. Steven, continue to the Mossdeep Space Center." The silver-haired man nodded. "Brendan, think you could try to dig up some information on this Zinnia girl? At least talk to your neighbor and see what information she has."

Brendan nodded. "I can do that."

"That leaves you with the most important job, Wally," the president said, turning to the green-haired boy. "A Meteor Shard still needs to be obtained from Granite Cave. Think you can handle it?"

Wally listened to the siutation carefully. When the president had planned out their objectives, Wally felt somehow helpful once again. It was rare he didn't feel like he was dragging someone down. "A meteor shard?" Wally thought for a moment. He hated to ask for help, but he wanted to ask Brendan if he could accompany him. "I can handle it!" He spouted confidently. "Leave it to me and Gallade."

He bit his lip and looked down at his feet once again. He shouldn't ask for help, he had to show that he was still the strong trainer he built himself up to be. "I'll get that shard as fast as I can!" Wally blurted, and without waiting for a reply, headed out into the bustle of Rustboro. Granite Cave couldn't be too far for him, and he couldn't let his rival's compliments go to waste.

Muffled cursing was heard as a girl followed a bouncing Whismur deeper into a cave. "Aster, just where are we going? I swear, if you've lead us into another Zubat swarm..." still grumbling, her foot kicked an object. "Hmmm? What's this?" Kneeling down, she picked up the glittery rock her foot had encountered. "Is this... a Meteorite Shard? Sweet! That's pre-e-e-e-e-e-e-tty cool. And pretty!"

Aster's calling had her look up from admiring the space rock in her hand. "Okay, okay, miss pushy. I'm coming, don't worry!" Pocketing the Shard, she ascended the steps to view the giant paintings on the wall.

"Hmm, so it looks like it is true after all..." she mused, staring at the cave walls. "Just like the painting there, only that one shows Mega Evolution instead of Primal Reversion... So I guess that does prove that our ancestors lived here... Thanks to them, I have the knowledge to stop this threat from space! I swear I will!"

Aster squeaked, drawing her attention away from the paintings. "What's up Aster? Why'd you interrupt my monologuing? Hmmm?"

Wally stepped into the cave, seeing the strange girl at a distance. "It's you..." He muttered, afraid to greet her outright. She had been the one stealing keystones though for some reason, he couldn't help but feel as though this girl was up to bad intentions. Wally began to wonder if she would try to swipe his if she caught his eye, so he tucked the keystone clasped around his neck further into his jacket. Though there was no avoiding it, if anyone knew where the meteorite shard was, it was unquestionable that the girl probably knew about it.

"Are you here for the meteorite shard too?" Wally finally stepped up and asked. There were too many questions for this peculiar person swirling around him. "My name is Wally....Who are you and what exactly is your goal?"

Perhaps she was involved in the meteor colliding with the world too?

Zinnia blinked down at the green-haired boy (he was a boy, right? He looked a tad effeminate). "Oh hi!" she exclaimed, bounding down the stairs to confront him. "I'm Zinnia, and this is Aster!" Aster chirped a greeting. "I don't recall meeting you... Wally, right? Well met, Wally!" Zinnia smiled, evading his question for the time being. "My goal? Well for the moment my goal was to look at these wall paintings and see how they differed from the ones I've seen before. They're truly something marvelous, don't you think?"

Aster squeaked again, bringing the strange girl back to the present. "Oh, you're here for the Meteorite Shards, hmmmm? Did you know that the Legendary Pokémon that lives in the heavens above uses them as a source of power? No? I'm not surprised, it's not really common knowledge." She pulled out the Shard she encountered and brandished it. "I do have one though, so how about a battle for it? I can see you have a Key Stone on you," she winked at him, "so this should be interesting at the very least! Whaddya say?"

Wally did find himself sort of astounded by the girl's information. Meteorites powering divine Pokémon? Perhaps rocks from space were more than they seemed. "If she has one she must know of the meteor heading toward earth as well..." Wally thought, answering his own questions. He felt heat rising in his face and throat at the girl's proposal for battle. He was sure he could stand a good fight, but did this mean he would lose his keystone if he failed to win? Glancing at the whismur beside her, he grasped his keystone a bit tighter and nodded.

"If a battle is what you want for it, I can give it to you! I won't hold back!" He exclaimed, clasping the Pokéball home to his signature Gallade. Aside from Zinnia's strange whismur, Wally had no idea what this girl's team was like, or what to expect.

"Are you ready?" He asked, and then threw his Pokéball into the fray, a Gallade's call echoing through the cavern.

With a groan, her Salamence collapsed before Wally's exhausted Magneton. The battle had been fierce, but the green-haired boy emerged victorious.

"Niiiiice!" the Dragon-type Trainer trilled as she recalled the Dragon Pokémon. "Real nice, Wally! Oh, I'm really feeling it now! Top marks to you, my friend! As a reward, you get the Meteorite Shard. Here ya go!" She tossed the precious shard at him before realizing the carelessness of her actions. "Oops, sorry! Guess I should have thought that through better," she ruefully rubbed the back of her neck. Suddenly she was in his face, peering at him. "I think you'll do nicely for what I have planned!" She nodded decisively. "Yep! You'll do much better than Brendan, I'm sure of it!"

Backing away from him, she turned back towards the paintings. "Hey Wally..." she began, her voice unusually somber, "these actions you're taking. Are they based on the ideals you feel, or what you believe is the truth? If it is the truth, how much of the entire story do you think you have?"

Aster squeaked, and Zinnia's strange mood disappeared in an instant. "Alright Aster, alright! We'll move on. You're so spoiled," she laughed. "So where should we go next?" Aster chirped and bounded out of the cave, Zinnia following close behind. "Whoa, slow down girl! Nice meeting you, Wally!" she tossed back over her shoulder.
