Aspen looked around. "It appears that the only free table with enough space for all four of us is over there," he sighed, pointing towards a nearby table - which just so happened to be rather close to Ethan's.
Celia walked towards the table Aspen pointed towards. She carefully pulled the chair, trying not to create any sound. When she pulled it out to a certain length, she sat down and gently lowered her napkin on to her lap. "May I have the menu, please?" She asked a nearby waiter.
Vladimir, however, literally dragged the chair and sat on it, grabbing a menu from a nearby table. "Hmm, it seems like borscht is expensive in this side of world... how about pancake instead?" he asked himself.
Aspen, even more nervous, backed away from the Crow a little - he was starting to get paranoid. Checking his Orbs, he sighed. There weren't too many in there - he had heard of people who had literally hundreds upon thousands of them, but here he was. Twelve wasn't too bad. Although with Vladimir and his stealing ability around, he started to doubt that he could even be able to keep twelve safe.
Celia looked at the nervous parrot. She wanted to help but didn't want to risk making the situation worse. "I need to go to the bathroom." The dove lied, wanting to get out of the situation. She was told that the bathrooms were "questionable", by an unknown source. She headed towards the women's bathroom, knowing that she was the only female in the group. She doubted anyone else would follow her.
Vladimir whistled as he attempted to put something in Celia's clothes/bag, but failed due to Celia moving immediately. "So, pancakes for 2 orbs?" he asked Aspen.
Aspen gave a nod, hiding his slightly quivering wing beside him. "Sure. I'll pay," he added, rolling the two balls across the table.
Vladimir caught the two Orbs, then went to the cashier. After a while, he came back holding three plates of pancakes. "They had buy two, get one free promo," Vladimir said. "Besides, I don't think half of big plate will be enough for Tyson," he added.
Aspen let out a nervous chuckle. "Uh... uh..." Trying his best not to appear nervous, he slowly backed away a centimeter or two, clenching his beak shut.
Celia entered the girl's bathroom, seeing as no one was inside, she decided to search it further. Something felt weird about them.
@Fchicken77 The fourth stall is locked shut for some reason, however, there isn't anyone inside. There has to be a way to get in...
Celia looked through the small gap between the the shut door and wall. She tried to find a way to get in.
@Fchicken77 There doesn't appear to be a way, but perhaps if she could pick a lock or find a wedge to use as a lever...
@Fchicken77 Celia tries to pick the lock. However, she does not have any potential lock-picking items.
Maybe if I tried getting a piece of cutlery, I might be able to break the lock. The dove thought. Celia walked back out to grab a spoon, and returned back into the bathroom. (Yes, a SPOON)
@Fchicken77 The spoon wasn't able to break the lock, but it was able to wedge the door open just a crack. Behind it, she could see something on the floor, shining. Perhaps there was a way to grab it through the crack...
I need something long yet thin...like a broom! She thought. Celia walked outside AGAIN. She asked a random person for a broom.
@Fchicken77 "Hmm? You want a broom? What do I look like, some kind of storybook witch?!" The random bird she asked shook out her brown feathers. "There might be a broom closet around here. I don't know. Look around." (We should probably pause this for a while. Let some other people hop in on the conversation as well.)
"Why he just stands there when he knows he was already spotted, da~?" Vladimir muttered as he stared at Ethan while eating some pancakes.
