Argh, I'm not good with introductions ever. Anyways, this is the RMT thread for my newest OU team that I have been using as of recent. It has been doing fairly well from what I have realized, however, I know it's not perfect. I'll try to explain my logic behind every Pokémon, and feel free to comment in any way you feel.

    Crobat @ Life Orb
    Ability: Infiltrator
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
    Hasty Nature
    - Brave Bird
    - Cross Poison
    - U-turn
    - Heat Wave

Crobat, one of the more interesting Pokémon out there that's probably one of the best flying types to have for a glass cannon. This set mainly focuses on revenge killing and sweeping unprepared teams. For consideration on the item, after a lot of battles, I've found that Life Orb works the best. While it does mean Brave Bird hurts me a lot worst, it gives me the necessary damage I need on moves. Hasty Nature is used so I don't lower my Special Attack and due to mainly the fact that Crobat can already tank most of the moves it will be switched into, if it comes to that.

For moves, I used two pretty standard ones, being Brave Bird and Cross Poison. Both hit really hard, are my STABs, and fill in a lot of needs. U-Turn is there for keeping a roll going and switching in and out with it, and Heat Wave covers all of the steel types that I need to take down with it, namely Magnezone and Ferrothorn. EVs are self explanatory, damage and speed.

    Tauros @ Life Orb
    Ability: Sheer Force
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - Rock Climb
    - Iron Head
    - Zen Headbutt
    - Earthquake

Probably one of the most questionable Pokémon on this team, Tauros does a lot more than people actually give it credit for. Besides having a fairly good moveset to abuse Sheer Force, it also does a lot more than people would expect. For item, a Life Orb is practically necessary to complement Sheer Force and add more damage to what is already gotten.

For moves, Rock Climb was probably one of the more difficult decisions to put on. Body Slam was the original choice, but sadly that is not allowed on Sheer Force Tauros. So I opted for Rock Climb instead so that even while I lose some accuracy, I still gain a lot of damage as it loses it's flinch chance. For the next two moves, Iron Head is self-explanatory, as it covers Fairy Types and is a generally helpful move. Zen Headbutt is there for Poison and Fighting types, two of the things Tauros cannot normally handle without it. Earthquake is there for the overall coverage and damage it will give off, although it cannot use Sheer Force's effect sadly. EVs and Nature are self-explanatory for a Physical Sweeper.

    Diancie @ Diancite
Ability: Clear Body / Magic Bounce
    EVs: 72 Atk / 184 SpA / 252 Spe
    Naive Nature
    - Earth Power
    - Diamond Storm
    - Moonblast
    - Psyshock

Ah, Diancie. One of my favorite legendaries with one of my favorite megas. Alright, so one thing to note before I go into the set is how much of an actual monster a Mega Diancie is. With 160 base Special Attack and Attack, and a nice 110 base Speed, it has no problem going through teams and doing a lot of damage.

Now moving on, let's start with the EVs and the nature. Since most of my moves are special, I have a larger supply on Special Attack, but I keep some Attack EV so that Diamond Storm can still KO those who I'm using it against. Naive nature is used to boost my speed, and I choose this over Hasty as Diancie's Rock typing lets it take a lot of physical attacks, which I will commonly switch in on.

For moves, I went with as much coverage as possible. Diamond Storm and Moonblast are my STABs, both fairly hard hitting and able to do ton s of damage. Earth Power covers all the other Pokémon I cannot hurt with those (namely steel types), and Psyshock is a primary coverage move for whenever I will not be using Moonblast (aka Poison Types).

    Ferrothorn @ Rocky Helmet
    Ability: Iron Barbs
    EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Def
    Impish Nature
    - Leech Seed
    - Thunder Wave
    - Stealth Rock
    - Knock Off

I don't think there would be much to explain here, as this is your fairly typical Ferrothorn. Instead of running Leftovers however, I go with a simple Rocky Helmet. Main reason being Ferrothorn is so tanky and can help out a lot more by running this instead of Leftovers in my opinion. HP and Defense EVs are completely self-explanatory, with Attack EVs running up the rest. Impish Nature is there to increase my defense even more, while getting rid of the most unnecessary stat being Special Attack.

Moves are what I prefer to run though. Leech Seed is my main form of deteriorating aside from physical attacks and other means. Thunder Wave is there for crippling other Pokémon and helping me take down mons. Stealth Rock is pretty common and used to help me take down the enemy team for later on revenge sweeping. Knock Off is the attack move I use as it can be annoying, helpful, and still fairly damaging.

    Kyurem @ Life Orb
    Ability: Pressure
    Shiny: Yes
    EVs: 252 SpA / 8 SpD / 248 Spe
    Modest Nature
    - Ice Beam
    - Draco Meteor
    - Earth Power
    - Flash Cannon

Kyurem is an interesting Pokémon on its own when separated from its two forms. I chose to go a special attacker route with him, so that I could do pretty heavy damage with a Dragon Type, and have someone to clean up whenever the battle is nearing an end. I run a Life Orb on it for more damage, as more damage is always good. I run normal special attacker EVs, however, I opted for a Modest Nature instead. Since I already outspeed most of what I need to kill, I have all I need, so Modest works out better for getting more damage off.

My moveset is mainly for lots of coverage and just taking care of everything in general. Ice Beam and Draco Meteor are my STAB moves. Draco Meteor is used instead of Dragon Pulse as most of the time when I do need to use it, it's to finish off a Pokémon with normal resistance off of it. Ice Beam generally takes care of all the others. Earth Power is there to cover Steel Types and everything else that can be KO'd by it, and Flash Cannon is to take care of Fairy and Rock Types. Overall, I love Kyurem and have always felt it deserved its role as the cleanup sweeper.

    Crawdaunt @ Focus Sash
    Ability: Adaptability
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Jolly Nature
    - Dragon Dance
    - Aqua Jet
    - Knock Off
    - Crabhammer

I really love Crawdaunt. I can't really explain much on this though, as he's just a Pokémon I've always loved. But moving on, there's not much to talk about for this set. It's pretty commonly used, but I'll go on about it anyways. The EVs I run are to maximize my damage output and keep Crawdaunt going as a sweeper. Focus Sash is used as an item so I can get a free setup to do damage, or possibly make sure I don't die in my first hit when I am set up.

For moves, I opted for the fairly usual Crawdaunt set. Dragon Dance to set up, Aqua Jet for lots of priority damage, Knock Off for tons of damage and the utility, and finally Crabhammer for even more damage when I need it. Nothing really different here from most Crawdaunts I've seen.

Anyways, that's my whole team! A lot of it focuses around switching and doing damage, so that one of my Pokémon can come in and finish it all off. Please tell me what you think, and feel free to leave suggestions!

    Ayyyyyyy
So I see you're using mah 'mon Crawdaunt, so I gotta comment on this team. :3

    Issues with the team:
Alright... #1 isn't about your team, but about your RMT. Generally, I'd like a bit more about the synergy of your 'mons, rather than comments about the individual sets. Remember that the team has to act like one, not just 6 individually strong Pokémon. A solid example is guimartgon's example RMT: http://lakevalor.net/topic/7013-example-rmt-crappy-heracross/
(btw, I made his avatar. :3)

    So... comments on the team.
The first thing that jumps out to me is how 4 Pokémon on the team are weak to Fighting. This makes M-Gallade, a prominent threat in OU, pretty much an insta-win against this team, which is compounded by the fact that Crobat is weak to Psychic, M-Gallade's secondary STAB.

Secondly, I notice that, outside of M-Diancie's Magic Bounce, you have 0 hazard control. Both Kyurem and Crobat will take 25% damage upon entry, and, with neither passive recovery from Leftovers nor Roost, they'll be whittled down insanely quickly. It doesn't particularly help that 3 of your 'mons have Life Orb and Crawdaunt's focus Sash will be neutered by hazards.

Finally, DD Crawdaunt is pretty bad. As a user of Crawdaunt, I notice how horribly slow Crawdaunt is. Jolly Crawdaunt reaches a Speed of 229. At +1, that's 344, less than common Pokémon with Base 110 Speed that can easily kill it, such as aforementioned M-Gallade, the Lati twins, and the base 108 trash that is Keldeo.

Thus, with these comments in mind, I propose to you one of my teams:
One of my trash teams based around a similar concept:
    Diancie-Mega @ Diancite
    Ability: Magic Bounce
    EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Modest Nature
    - Calm Mind
    - Rock Polish
    - Moonblast
    - Earth Power

    Talonflame @ Choice Band
    Ability: Gale Wings
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Adamant Nature
    - Brave Bird
    - Flare Blitz
    - U-turn
    - Tailwind

    Latias (F) @ Life Orb
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Defog
    - Healing Wish
    - Psyshock
    - Draco Meteor

    Tyranitar @ Choice Scarf
    Ability: Sand Stream
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
    Naive Nature
    - Stone Edge
    - Pursuit
    - Earthquake
    - Ice Beam

    Keldeo @ Leftovers
    Ability: Justified
    EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Substitute
    - Calm Mind
    - Secret Sword
    - Scald

    Scizor @ Choice Band
    Ability: Technician
    EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
    Adamant Nature
    - Bullet Punch
    - Knock Off
    - Superpower
    - U-turn

    Explanation:
I used a similar core, in M-Diancie+Fast Flying type. In my case, however, I used Talonflame. Not only is Talonflame a better revenge-killer, but also provides utility to the team with Tailwind.

In the place of Kyurem, I chose Latias. This helps with the Fighting weakness, as well as providing Defog support to the team. In addition, it has the ability to brinf back almost-dead allies with Healing wish. Latias still has a lot of power with Draco Meteor, and even has the advantage of being able to beat Fairies due to Psyshock (Fairies generally have low Defense, and are 2HKO'd) Although it doesn't have the same Steel-killing properties as Kyurem (which should run HP Fire for Ferro) it provides a lot more than just damage.

I put T-tar in place of Ferrothorn because, although both are solid Pokémon, Ferro(and your team) are awfully weak to Talonflame. The reason this team has Scarf-tar is because the team requires Latis and Talonflame to be dead for Keldeo to do its job. It is possible to run a more defensive, Stealth Rocks variant, especially if you consider changing Keldeo for Crawdaunt.

Keldeo is just there because of Bisharp and M-Gyara. Crawdaunt serves a pretty similar purpose due to its defensive typing, though it should be a bit stronger offensively.

Finally, Scizor is a replacement for Tauros 'cuz Tauros is pretty much trash. Tauros has nothing for Ferrothorn, nothing for Skarmory, pretty much, just nothing. 110 Speed is decent I guess, but nothing special. Scizor, on the other hand, ties the team together by making a solid counter for Fairies, as well as a scary offensive pivot with U-turn. It just means that Talonflame/Scizor shenanigans can ensue. :3.

This was probably horribly unhelpful, as I haven't rated teams in a while (I haven't played Pokémon for a while either. >_>) but if you can find some amount of helpful info, then I've done my job. :D

As Spammernoob said, this team lacks of hazzard control and is really weak against Fighting Types.
Personally, I recommend using more Pokémon from OU tier, they are more viable for obvious reasons and the sinergy is lesser complicated to set. If you see the example that Spammernoob is showing you, you will find that all his Pokémon are OU.

But yes, the Tier is not important sometimes and the viability comes from almost everytier sometimes, but if I have to consider viability at your team, I can say that it needs to take care from Fighting moves and hazzards, that means that you should consider re-building a part of the team or switching some members, because the team needs more viability an balance on the weakness.

You are running a non-common strategy on your team. It looks like an "hyperoffensive one" but that has a wall in the middle (Ferrothorn). The main goal of the walls is to participate on defensive or balanced teams, what is something absolutly different from the "hyperoffensive one"

If you want to get a balanced team, I suggest adding an special wall that can get a good sinergy with Ferrothorn. I will sugest Tentacruel (that is a tier lower than OU but that helps on your viability) and replacing Crobat. Instead of Kyurem, try Kyurem Black. ABout Tauros, I suggest removing it since it is always a problem to make it viable on advanced battles.

If you want a hypperoffensiveone, the answer is on giving more coverage, that is all.
