Overwatch Winter Wonderland 2017

    I am sure y'all who play Overwatch know of the new event that started a little over a week ago. There were 7 new legendary skins, all of which are rather unique for the character models, along with last year's event items. The luck with the loot boxes though is some of the worst I have personally had with events. How is your luck going so far for this event and which item do you want the most?

    For me, I want the Hanzo casual skin- I play no Hanzo but love the skin- and the Junkrat beach skin since I main him. I have not had great luck and I am only 2 skins into the new ones much to my disappointment since I have gotten over 40 loot boxes so far.

    I may or may not have spent an embarrassing amount of money buying lootboxes, and at that most of the legendary skins I got were normal ones so smh so much. I managed to bag Soldier 76's and Ana's Winter 2017 skins tho, as well as a few from last year that I didn't get. The things I did want I had to buy with coins, so I got Zenyatta's, Reinhardt's and Junkrat's stuff this way. Junkrat's golden gun with the event skin is sooo cool! It's the first legendary skin where I actually like using the golden gun with.

    I love the event. I’m honestly dying to get Junkrat’s skin. So far I got Roadhog’s Rudolph skin, a couple sprays and voice lines, and D.Va’s victory pose. I just... need that JR skin... but I haven’t had time to play recently ;_____;

    I have gotten a few of the skins I got the sombra in my very first box personally I think the soilder skin is the best though it still doesn't beat the grillmaster skin

    You'll hate me, I got the Hanzo Casual Skin after 5 boxes. Junkrats was around the 30 mark

    I did the same with the Junkrat skin. I spent an inappropriate amount of money on loot boxes. I ended up getting Hanzo's causal skin in one, but I was severely disappointed I had to buy it in coins. Regardless, I loved the event and it was one of the best I participated in. I was really pleased with everything.

    I certainly enjoyed this event my only issue with it was that my internet keep going out when I was trying to earn loot boxes but that's more of a me problem. I got just about everything I wanted but I had to spend my 9k coins to get it all. At least I know the Year of the Dog event so far doesn't have any skins I do want lol
