What can vü bē proud of about vür country (or stāte, because sō many pēople in forum live in Amerika)? Us Noypis have #PinoyPrīde; where wē would bōast about ēven smallest internatıonal recognitıon~ Also, wē are very family-oriented and (mōst of the tīme) honest. Mabuhay mga kababayan!!!
I’m ‘Murican and I’m sometimes proud of it! However, I like to embrace my Mexicaness and I want to go to Mexico to see mi papa’s ranch.
"Proud" might not be the best word to describe my currently feelings of my country/city, but I am glad that I live in a place without any violent groups(I don't want to say terrorists because I don't want to offend anyone who has been affected because of them) are targeting us. Hong Kong is one of the safest places in the world, but we have pollution and typhoons.
Welp, the state I live in houses on e of the most crime ridden cities in ‘Murica. Good thing I live another city away from it XD
I'm British, and I there's a lot to be proud about in modern times. I think most people in London for example are very accepting and it's incredibly culturally diverse. London is really a place where tons of cultures come together and it's fantastic. It makes me so happy to see so many different people from all walks of life together. Young people here are very progressive too and that makes me happy.
I have a mixed opinion about the current state of my country (America). However, there is no other country that I would rather live in.
I am proud to be a citizen of the United States. However, I feel many people in my country, in both political parties, have recently been caring a lot more about their own power than the best interests of their country. This corruption makes me nervous for our future, as those in charge are out of touch with our core values, and rely on bribery and decieving the ordinary citizens into an Us V.S. Them mentality, instead of focusing on the important issues. Regardless of this, I love my country and hope that it will improve itself over time to be as good as it claims itself to be. It may not be there yet, but it is still one of if not the best country in the world to live in.
I am proud of my country, but it also has so many issues regarding social hierarchy, racism, political corruptness, etc. There are benefits, but being in a position where I'm privileged to have grownup in a thriving city, I'm not very surprised. I can't imagine how hard it is for other people.
