I think that Thor and Thundurus would make a good pair. A Norse God and a Legendary Pokémon, both able to control thunder/lightning! Also, @Cherry3Fairy wouldn't it make more sense to pair Spiderman up with Ariados?
The Cap would have Aegislash, I think. And it makes sense, too, because not only is Cap's weapon a metallic weapon, but he is also a ghost from the past (metaphorically-speaking).
@PokemonFan26, at that time when posting my reply, I thought of a Pokémon whose colour matches with that of Spiderman's costume. And scizor striked my mind. But yes, ariados is a good partner for Spiderman.
Ah, I love these kinds of things! All Might would most def have a Machamp. Talking about the more ‘traditional’ heroes though... I’m thinking Doctor Strange would have, I suppose, a Uxie. Or a Gardevoir? Hm...
I think Honchkrow or a shiny Hawlucha would be more fitting than Lucario, considering they're both birds and have dark colours . Also, I think Catwomen and/or Blackcat should have Liepard as a partner pokémon.
I feel like The Flash would pair well with Rotom. While not the fastest, it's ability to become lightning would be similar
I think Red Hood and Accelgor make a pretty good pair. Not only do they look like a match, their personalities seem similar as well. Spoiler
Mr.Fantastic and Gallade for the sense of psychic and stretchy seem like a good hero duo. Mr.Fantastic could grab the villain and if Gallade knew Hypnosis it could put it to sleep
