Sort of a sequel to the wooden vs mechanical pencils thread... which writing utensil is superior: the pen or the pencil?
If I'm not doing math, then I prefer having pens. Portability is a big feature for me and carrying pencils in my pocket isn't always practical. Additionally, I just like the way pens feel overall. I know the typical pen has no eraser, but that's not a big deal to me for most things I need a writing utensil for.
Pencils are flimsier, get lost far more easily, and the light reflecting off graphite can make it irritating to read. I'm on the pen side for life.
What's next, @RadEmpoleon? Erasers vs correction pens? (Ik those don't work together but I had to say this) I like pens more for writing purpose.
I prefer pencils. They work better for art, as it's harder to shade with pens, and I usually can't erase them. I'm also a bit messy when I write or draw, and pencils don't smear nearly as much as pens do.
pencils all the way you cant erase with a pen and if your drawing drawing with a pen is a pain sice you cant erase any mistakes
