    Many regions of the Pokémon Universe are based off real places. For example, Kalos is based off France, Unova is based off New York, and the rest of the games are based off areas in Japan.
    If you were in charge of setting the location for the next main-series Pokémon game, which real-life area would you base the new region off of? Why?

    I think that since we have 4 Japanese, 1 North American, and one European...

    I think that Australia is entirely viable. The region has a few vastly different terrains. New Zealand could be included with some snowy places or whatnot. I am betting that Australia will be next because there is so much potential there.

    I'd love to have a region take place in Italy, because much like France (Kalos), it has so many attractions and so much history.

    Other places I wouldn't mind seeing would be Australia or Canada...maybe even Russia; and the E4 Champ can be Vladimir Putin's animated cousin.

    I would love a region based on Australia and New Zealand! I think there could be many exotic Pokémon there, and the region itself would be really interesting. I really think there's a lot of potential for a region based on that, but of course that's only an idea. Whatever they decide to do, I'm sure it'll be great :)

    I would actually really like to see a region based off Italy, specifically Rome. There's so much history behind this amazing place with the countless battles and mythology. I think it would be an excellent place to have the next region!

    I'd like to see one based off my country (Canada) but that's highly unlikely lol.
    But yeah, if we're doing continents Australia and South America would be cool! Maybe one like Brazil?

    I want to see a game based off Africa. I think that sounds pretty interesting and could potentially be a lot of fun. Or maybe Egypt! So we can battle Dio.

    I think it'd be interesting to see somewhere based off of Britain, even though that's a terrible idea. But it'd still be pretty interesting, nonetheless. XD

    Also, somewhere based on Russia would be interesting! No, that's a terrible idea. :P
