Doesn't seem like much needs to be improved by the looks of it, and the Tumblr link won't work on my end. As much as I can say is if you keep working on them, you'll be a great artist in no time~

you could use some stronger contrast in the shading, perhaps colors further away in the color wheel. your anatomy could be worked on too.
