Please don't crit me [hard HG nuzlocke]

Pidgey is violent i'm scared already.
I've grabbed myself a Cyndequil and the prayers are beginning please Arceus don't condemn me to failure. The rules are as follows:

• If a Pokémon faint, they're counted as dead. Forever in the box you go!
• The only Pokémon you can catch is the first you encounter on the route. Dupes clause applies [Can't capture a duplicate, giving you a second chance to catch a Pokémon. If the second encounter is also a duplicate, too bad.]
• Each Pokémon must be given a nickname.
• No trading for Pokémon. No eggs. No Pokewalker.
• Battle style to 'set'.
• Only one free heal per Pokémon centre.
• A second heal is permitted after a gym battle.
• Items can be bought and used.
• No legendaries.

I usually pick Totodile but Bugsy's Scyther is spooky I need early preparation.
This Pidgey is destroying me things aren't going well already, wish me luck.

I'm not counting on finding any shiny Pokémon, knowing my terrible luck;; I'll keep it in mind if I do run into one though!

 

This is assuming I even make it to the point of encountering legendaries @[member="Endrewswiftwind"], haha.
I completely forgot to catch the Pokémon on this route;;; I was too keen to grind and missed out on a Pidgey :'I

 

Pidgeot is killer against everything, never mind Bugsy. I've made a grave error ;;orz

 

@Endrewswiftwind @brsajo I grabbed myself a Zubat from Dark cave and a Pidgey from route 31, where I'm currently grinding. A lvl2 Zubat wouldn't get me very far, haha
I might as well use up the rest of my moves' pp anyway, since I can't just run to and from the centres. Rock throw would be much appreciated on Geodude for Falkner, too. His Pidgeotto can be a real pain sometimes;;

Got through the gym with no real problems, besides the Pidgeotto nearly taking out Monty.​

So far my team has proven excellent at missing every other attack they make. Grinding is a pain and I ​

live in constant fear that I'll run out of PP. The future looks rather dark in all honesty. No deaths yet on ​

the plus side! Bugsy will probably change that of course.​

There's good reason to fear Bugsy good lord, if I hadn't landed that critical hit​

on his Scyther I would've been out for the count, no doubt. Ember was doing nearly​

nothing to it, but that's out of the way now. I'm not too bothered about Whitney, since I've​

never really had a problem with the Miltank. Ronald should be good enough to work against​

it safely.​

The battle with Silver is coming up, oooooh. I haven't got anything to counter water types... This​

should be interesting. ​
