Please just let it end

I went through a rather... unpleasant experience with SAO episode 3. I did keep watching til I reached episode 5, which seemed boring so I dropped it.

 

Kanokon is by far the worst anime I've ever finished. It was literally painful to watch, but I wanted I wanted to know how bs the ending would be. Unsurprisingly, the bsness didn't disappoint at all. Maybe I was in a masochistic mood or something...

 

When I start a book, I have to finish it. Period. I don't like to use names when I'm speaking negatively, but I finished one month ago a dreadfully boring book that had a great synopsis in the back. I got bored around 1/3 the way through this 300 or so page book, by gosh darn it, I stuck through it to the end.

I don't watch enough TV to have abandoned many things, but I did abandon Lost back when it was on. The story eventually got too convoluted for me and I was like "what's even happening? Forget this, I can't stick with the story if there is no story."

 

There are quite a lot, actually. I try to finish them though, just because I have nothing to do. One example would be Infinite Stratos. I was absolutely pissed off because the main guy is way too annoying. I ended up watching until the end of the 2nd season though because I don't like not finishing what I started.

 

I have that with about every literature book I have to read. I have to read it because it's for an assignment, but they are all so horrible I have to push myself. At the other hand, finding out how it ends can be interesting (even though most of the questions in literature books never get answered, which I find annoying), since the endings aren't "stereotype" endings.

 

Watamote. Every episode had four moments at least that was like "Ooohhhh please let it end. Please." I just couldn't get past episode 6 it was so bad.

 

I didn't think Watamote was bad, but rather intentionally painful to watch. Not sure if that makes it any better though... The manga is also a cringefest.

Death Note was like that, for me. I knew I had a long way to go, and I was hooked onto the series, and I had to find out what happened. I was happy I finished it, but I was definitely happy when it was over.

I started it because it seemed cute, but it was just so boring, I couldn't get past ep 3.

 

The entire first episode of Norn9: Norn + Nonet was just unenjoyable to me. I didn't want to stop mid-episode, and this was back when Winter 2016 were still rolling out, but yeah, this is one of the ones I quickly dropped. I'm not too sure what the main reason is why I don't like it, but the female main character is one of them. She frustrates me in ways I can't put into ways.

EDIT: Speak of the fucking devil. I just got on KissAnime to check something and this is the first thing I see.

 

I love Naruto soso much, but dude pls let it end. Fans, pls let Kishimoto rest. I thought it'd be over after the short Gaiden manga, but no. They are making a series about the next generation kids. I'm just ready for it to end dude, it just needs to stop. I love it, but it needs to end before it becomes too shit.

 

I agree with you. I want it to end too. They are making up a series with boruto, sarada and mitsuki. And i dont want that.

 

I couldn't watch vandread years ago, because I was like wtf the entire time.
It was just so weird to me, though this was when I was first getting into anime.

12 at the time.

 

As much as I love Fairy Tail, I admit it is dragging. That's why I really want the series to wrap up soon, I've come to far to not finish the series.
