Please rate my team

I'm not very good at rating things based on like X/10 so I'll just give you some constructive criticism.

For Raichu I suggest getting a better item than a Zap Plate. The Plate items really aren't all that great when compared to others. I suggest doing to the Battle Maison to get a Focus Sash or possibly a Life Orb.

For Gardevoir I suggest replacing Hyper Beam with Moonblast. (You can teach it this via heart scale) Sure Hyper Beam is Fairy type with Mega Gardevoir's ability but the fact that you have to recharge makes it terrible. Why do have 150 base power when you could use Moonblast twice in the same amount of time as one Hyper Beam with 95 base power both times?

Aegislash looks good to me. I don't have anything to say about it.
