Pretty good. I noticed that you have quite bit of common weaknesess. Atleast fire, rock and electric.

Seems like a solid team to me. Do you have any intentions of evolving your Murkrow and Doublade

Not sure why some of the decisions that were made were... made. Murkrow should be Impish 252 Def not Speed with Eviolite. If you are using it for Prankster, I'd use a different mon because Whirlwind still has negative priority. Mandibuzz offers the same typing but has Overcoat (what Safery Goggles does) and is a moce Defogger with similar moves.
    Mandibuzz (F) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Overcoat
    EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
    - Foul Play / Knock Off
    - Roost
    - Defog
    - Toxic / Whirlwind

For Talonflame, make him Adamant natured with 4 Def EVs not HP, otherwise it dies after 2 SR switches. Put Flare Blitz instead of Flame Charge. Talonflame doesn't have high attack, so it won't do much without a large base power move. (Fact: Pancham has a larger attack stat then Talonflame) Aerial Ace is weird and I can see you have it so you won't take Recoil, but Tailwind/Wil-O is nice to catch people off guard and cripple them before you switch out. For Venusaur put Giga Drain over Petal Dance. Being locked into a Grass-type move is terrible. I'd recommend a defensive Venusaur
    Venusaur @ Venusaurite
    Ability: Chlorophyll
    EVs: 252 HP / 240 Def / 16 Spe
    Bold Nature
    - Giga Drain
    - Sludge Bomb
    - Synthesis
    - Hidden Power Fire
or at least this version if you still want an offensive one
    Venusaur @ Venusaurite
    Ability: Chlorophyll
    EVs: 232 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 20 Spe
    Modest Nature
    - Giga Drain
    - Sludge Bomb
    - Hidden Power Fire
    - Synthesis
LO Greninja is a million times better then eBelt, especially when running Spikes because EBelt spikes gives you worse coverage to take advantage of eBelt. Doublade "can" work, but put Swords Dance over Toxic. It's a pretty solid team otherwise. I like it. You do have a Fire weakness though. Talonflame and Greninja aren't reliable resists because they are very frail and take big damage from those moves regardless.

Everything BPP said is correct. This team has an incredibly large weakness to Pokémon that have electric/fire coverage. Specifically Mega Manectric and Choice Scarf Magnezone. They both do huge damage to your team once Venusaur gets KO'd. Rotom-W is also a problem. Venusaur is the only Pokémon here that can actually do something to it. You might want to rethink your synergy. Also, every Pokémon on this team is affected by entry hazards, 2 are weak to Stealth Rock, and you lack a rapid spinner/ defogger.

Fortunately Magnezone is a lot rarer in the current metagame, but it is very common to see in ORAS OU with all the steel-types running around. This means Shed Shell on Ferrothorn can also become a very good item for your Ferro to use. I also recommend putting Stealth Rock on Ferrothorn instead of Toxic. You could use the hazards to punish mons that will be switching in a lot against your team (like Rotom-W or Landorus-T). I assume this is a pre-ORAS team, so I would put Hidden Power Grass on Greninja to deal with threats like Rotom-W, but you could also use Hidden Power Fire on it for multiple steel types like Ferrothorn. I recommend using the defensive Venusaur set I posted highly, as it keeps your Venusaur around which you need for most of these threats, as it can stay around with Synthesis recovery.
