DID SOMEONE SAY Pokémon ADVENTURES???

Definitely my favorite manga series! not that I've read many... I just love this series so much, definitely one of my favorite things about the Pokémon franchise. My favorite arc is the Ruy and Sapphire arc and my favorite characters are Gold, Ruby and Red. Wallace is my favorite non-Dexholder character. so stylin'

My favourite character is Silver. I love Silver so much! Silver, Silver, Silver, Silver, SILVER!!!
Go Silver! Ha ha... anyway, my second favourite is Blue, then Ruby, then Green, Crys yadda yadda yadda. But that doesn't mean I don't like the others. No, I do. A LOT!

Anyway, my twin's favourites (I just had to include her too) are Will, N, Red, Gold, Emerald, Morty, Falkner, Eusine, Yellow, Green, Sapphire, and possibly a few more.

 

I love Pokémon Adventures~ Wish more people would talk about it though!
My favorite arc has to be the RGBY/FRLG ones, though GSC, RSE, HGSS and ORAS ones are a close second! ORAS is so good right now..
My favorite character is Blue <3 She is just so amazing, from her past, to her overcoming her fear of birds, and just.. She's perfect x) My other faves are Green, Gold, Ruby, Red, Sapphire, Yellow, X and basically everyone up to BW2!
I don't care for Platinum and Y, they both bore me..
My Pokespe ships though are: OldRivalShipping (MY OTP FOREVER I SWEAR TO GO-) SpecialShipping, MangaQuestShipping, FranticShipping (Don't care for it as much tho), Commoner (Diamond needs someone..) AgencyShipping, CorruptedShipping and LaverreShipping~!

And plus, I got a bit confused when you said Blue, then a 'she'. Here is Australia, or at least Viz Kids translation, it's Green, and that's how I'm used to it.

 

Shipping is the term used to describe a relationship between two characters/persons. Example: OldRivalShipping is the fan name of the pairing between Blue and Green.

 

Oh. I hate shipping. I'm sorry to everyone I may offend, I really don't want to, but I just dislike it. Because if people were, uh, 'shipping' you, you wouldn't like it, no? My sister and I are readers who connect with the characters and - this may seem crazy, but don't judge me for it - talk to them...??

Well, I may dislike shipping, but I'm a bit curious what the term means.

 

Er.. I wasn't really spoiling ORAS, BW2 or any of them. No need to put spoiler tags cause I wasn't planning on talking about the new arcs anyways. No need to worry about that~
I go by Blue, because I read the original manga and Blue is the girl while Green is the boy. Plus, Blue Oak just sounds really.. weird to me, eh.
I get shipped all the time with a select few people I'm fine with being shipped to be honest, nothing wrong with it lol.
I don't think you offended anyone with disliking shipping either.

 

I really like the Pokémon Adventures series! However, I stopped at the BW arc because it wasn't translated in my country. Anyhow, I'd say my favorite character would have to be Yellow. Yellow is such a compassionate character who loves their Pokémon and really cares for others. I mean, they barely knew Red and still went out of their way to help him. Now for favorite arc? I'd say the RGB arc was my favorite because it was really unique and had plenty of plot twists.

 

Anyway, I wasn't saying you were spoiling it, thanks because you didn't, but if you want to talk about it here, since it's a very broad discussion, I don't want to be spoiled. But you said it was interesting... and now I'm interested! Is it already released where you live?

 

It isn't released where I live currently, but me and my twin brother know Japanese, and have a way of getting all the volumes when they are released, so we've been reading them.. a lot. It's really good, I can't wait for it to be released in other places!

 

I knew that. It all comes down to the games. And does anyone know the real reason why Gold has a skateboard?

 

I would assume because it's one of his signature items, along with his pool cue. Like Red's hand/gloves, Green (male)'s pendant, and Ruby's glasses and makeup kit.

 

No, I mean the reason as to why he had them in the first place. The reason was that the skateboard item was planned to be in the Gold and Silver games. You can say it's kind of like why Green (girl) is in the RBG series.

 

Probably a coolness factor, like the roller blades in XY.
