    Thoughts on this?

"The DexNav is one of the most important features as it can get you access to a variety of Pokémon. First, it can tell you what Pokémon are in the area you're in. Second, when you're sometimes in an area, you will see a Pokémon's tail coming out of the grass or water. Using the DexNav, you have the ability to use the search to find out data about this Pokémon. Using this, you can find out what ability, potential and if it has a rare move.

If you have also seen a Pokémon with the DexNav, you then get the ability to search solely for that Pokémon to make things easier for you.

The search feature of the DexNav can be upgraded based upon how many Pokémon species you have found through the DexNav. As your DexNav level increases, you get a better chance of getting Hidden Abilities or rare moves. You will also get more details on the Pokémon when you scan it.

The DexNav has one more feature which allows you to register Pokémon in your Pokédex without battling them. This is done by interacting with them in the overworld in cities. In a ddition to that, you may see flocks, groups or schools of Pokémon in the overworld. This allows you to make sure you have the Pokémon in the Pokédex."

"The AreaNav is simply the map of the Hoenn region, but it has more features than a standard map. This time, you have the ability of keeping track of a variety of things. .

First, you can track the Secret Bases that you have accumulated as well as any berry trees and if they're ready to be harvested.

The AreaNav also has features that give you details on the cities and routes as well as listings of what Pokémon can be found there. Finally, it also has the return of the Trainer's Eye feature. This lets you check details out for a variety of trainers, including their location and see if they are willing to have a rematch."

"The BuzzNav is a new feature of the PokéNav and gives you access to a variety of special television shows in-game. These shows give you information about various Pokémon, routes and characters. However, it does have a feature used in StreetPass. As you StreetPass more people, you will receive more programmes."

"The PlayNav is a new feature that brings several old features together. This feature brings the three bottom screen features from Pokémon X & Y back to the fold.

First is the PSS. This allows for you to see other players as they are online or locally near you and challenge them to a wide variety of activities including Battles & Trades. It also gives access to the Battle Spot, GTS and Wonder Trade options and the Holo Caster for keeping up with Pokémon news.

Pokémon Amie makes a return and has changed very little. It allows for you to pet and play with you Pokémon in order to get a variety of boosts such as gaining more experience and surviving various attacks in battle.

Finally is Super Training which allows for you to track the Effort Values you have given your Pokémon, as well as train them in each specific stat."

Discuss this feature here - it's so cool!

I'm really happy that the PokéNav is returning, and getting an upgrade! The AreaNav is probably my favorite feature so far just because of the rematch system, plus keeping track of Secret Bases. Although, the DexNav looks so interesting, I can't wait to try it out! The PokéNav was my favorite item back in the day, so I'm definitely going to be using the PokéNav Plus a whole lot in the remakes.

The PokéNav really got a huge upgrade, I don't even understand all of the new features right now xD That's fine with me though, I'll just have to figure that out in the game itself. I am super happy that Pokémon Amie returns (even though we already knew that), as well as the return of Super Training (although HordEV training is probably still the better alternative). I'm really looking forward to using this!

Wow this looks amazing :O I didn't use the pokenav in the originals too much, but I'm definitely gonna check this one out.

This is so cool though! It looks really awesome and is a complete upgrade from the old PokeNav omg. I love it already!

The DexNav is insane. Encountering overworld Pokémon and registering them? This is such an exciting feature and I'm really happy that they added it in! Seems like it's gonna be a lot of fun using the PokeNav Plus, unlike R/S/E (for me, anyways)

I have to admit I'm looking forward to trying this one, the PokéNav Plus sounds very interesting. This is really cool and you can upgrade it and all that. Although I'm still not hyped I think this feature here will be worth waiting for.

This sounds something I will definitely enjoy. Love to see the PokeNav get an upgrade, and that you get to see the first move and the ability of an overworld Pokémon. We get PSS and the Poke Amie back, I think Gamefreak is gonna outdo themselves here, with the slight flaws left.

The pokenav plus sounds amazing. I'm really looking forward to how they implement the overworld sprites into the grass. I think it's interesting how they're going about this, and I'm just really happy that this will make encountering Pokémon a lot more fun!

I was really hoping the Pokenav would return, but I didn't think it'd be so amazing and expanded! *-* It looks downright awesome, and actually really useful. Just another amazing looking feature for ORAS. <3

I'm really psyched for this. I feel like this is going to be one of the most immersive and groundbreaking games because of features like this.

It seems like this'll be useful for finding shinies in addition to the hidden abilities and 'rare moves' - that last bit is especially interesting to me. Will these be level up, egg moves, TMs, or moves the Pokémon can't normally learn? I'm super excited to find out.

    This... is way more than I expected! @_@;

It looks amazing, really. There are so many new additions that really make OR/AS feel "complete" in comparison to past games. Being able to track secret bases was something I'd always hoped could be included in an R/S remake given that I've always gotten lost trying to find mine so that is very welcome. Time to go crazy with the bases, yeep. [:

Curious about the DexNav, though? From the description it's hard for me to really picture how it would work exactly. Would be great to have the demo right now.. haah.

Really neat! The ability to find Pokémon with special abilities and moves interests me the most.
