Pokémon 2019 Press Conference

Funny they finally announce a Pokémon gacha game for phones--I had brainstormed an idea for a gacha game that twisted the show a la Final Fantasy Record Keeper. I am intrigued about Pokémon Masters though.

 

Bold of TPC to assume any of us actually sleep in the first place.

 

yknow i was thinking "lol what if they pull a fire emblem heroes and give us a gacha game" during class today

if my phone can even run masters i might poke it between my other mobages if it catches my interest at all, but given how i dropped feh pretty quick im probably not too interested atm

 

oh no i have to fix my sleep schedule now

Guess who totally forgot to watch the press conference? But anyway, my thoughts:
Home: good. I would definitely use it if I had Bank or Let’s Go or Sword/Shield.
Sleep: not gonna lie, it’s a little weird, but I think people (including myself) will eventually warm up to it. Also I really wanna sleep with a Ferrothorn (that’s a joke)
Masters: good as well. I’ll probably download it when it comes out and see what it’s like.
Detective Pikachu for Switch: I wonder if this has anything to do with the success of the movie...?
Shirt thing: I didn’t hear much about it. So no reaction.
(Also I heard that some people were mad that there was no Sword/Shield news...? We’re y really expecting any news then there’s a Direct next week?)

As For Master, I Already Knew The Game Had Been Confirmed Long Before The Announcement But I Never Saw The Popular Trainers Coming To Master!

They Already Told Us That There Will Be No Sword/Shield Update On The Conference. In Fact, There Will Be A Pokémon Direct For It Next Week.

 

yknow ever since fe heroes ive been joking that there was gonna eventually be a gacha game based on the human characters of the games and now that this is real im not sure how to feel about this? well i guess its time to go broke on another stupid mobage trying to get wallace in cute outfits (sobs)

also sleep is the app i really need but will i get it? of course not! sleep is for the weak!!

 

Pokémon Sleep is worth it just for the memes. I'm interested to see how it will work. Finally, a game that I could be among the best players at.

The shirts look pretty nice but they're so pricey.

 

Word. So hard.

Like, I get it. They're high-quality shirts for adults by default, and those can be pretty pricey, plus they're custom designs on top of that (which def adds to the cost). But, like. TPC, you're placing a lot of faith in our ability to be productive enough members of society to just be able to part with $100 for a shirt we can't even wear to the office without fear of the ensuing questions. :')
