Pokémon Chaos Thunder x Aegis

Ever wondered what a world completely enveloped in chaos would be like? Well, now you might be able to. The Regions Hoenn, Kanto and Johto are on complete lockdown, raiders from the north of Kanto, The Kalosian Cobras, a big gang, has taken over, many join everyday. With there being only two regions left, Sinnoh and Unova, all regions have locked themselves down so they can protect themselves from the oncoming attack, which one will they attack first? Who knows? Other than all the chaos enveloping the world, something big and maybe good is happening, in a small region between Sinnoh and Unova, the Medani Region, two friends are setting out on their journey, will they survive both attacks from both the regions, will they avoid death and will this gang come to them too?

Brief History:He was adopted at 2 years old by his dad, an old trader from Kalos who had got married and divorced in Medani despite that, Dylan Kou had a happy childhood.

Brief History: Emily was born in Hoenn but started her journey with her torchic Whisper in the Medani region with Dylan.

"Blaze, Plusle, let's go!"
Dylan Kou, the boy of the two. He grew up in Medani, his father was a trader in Kalos, when this gang business started, he came here, he fell in love, got married, had a child and was then divorced, despite his father's rough life, Dylan has always been happy with his father and enjoys being with him. Dylan jumped down the stairs, his very own Chimchar, Blaze, and Plusle following him downstairs, he ran to his dad.
"Today's the day, dad!"
"That's right son, my little champ going into the big world. Remember to be careful."
"Don't worry, dad. I'll take care of Emily and she'll take care of me! Me and her are best friends we'll look after each other. Plusle, hey, Plusle, say bye to dad!"
Plusle was Dylan's father's Pokémon at first, then he gave it to Dylan so Plusle could protect him.
"You too Chimchar!"
They said their final goodbyes and Dylan left. Dylan ran to the house next door, he knocked. A lady with blonde hair opened the door.
"Hi, Mrs Blossom. Is Emily ready?"
"Almost, go on up."
"Thanks!"
Dylan entered and ran up the stairs, he opened the door and saw Emily, she was just packing her bag.
"Hey, Dylan, sorry, I had a late night last night."
"Nah, it's okay. You ready now?"
"Just about, let's go!"
They ran down the stairs, they said by to Emily's parents and left. Dylan looked at the route ahead of him.
"One more step and our journey has officially started, ready?"
"I was born ready, Dylan!"
They took their first step together and as soon as their feet had touched the soft grass, cannons fired, bombs dropped and the village was on the brink of destruction.
"DAD!"
"MUM!"
"Emily, we have to hide, come on! It's that gang!"
"What abou-"
"COME ON!"
Dylan pulled her into the forest, he took her and they hid behind the trees. Dylan could just see using his special camera, it was a lens attached to his foot, the camera itself was painted up so Dylan could see the footage with blowing his hiding spot. Someone was coming.
"A'right. C'mon, lads, this place is well clear."
"Commander, we haven't che-"
"I can't smell none, so there is none, perhaps you's better stay in yer place, Private Yvel!"
"Yes, Commander Zyg!"

 

"I don't know, stay quiet for a bit."
The two of them waited, Dylan watched for any passerbyers.
"Okay, it's clear. Let's exit the forest, the wild Pokémon will be in hiding too. Try and walk on the patches of plain land so the rustling isn't heard."
One by one, they walked on the patches of land, all was going well until Plusle slipped over.
"Quick, over here. Someone's coming!"
They hid behind another bush, close to the exit.
"Once the next person goes we'll make a run for it and hide in the Pokémon Center in the next town.
"Wouldn't that be predictable?"
"You're right, let's hide in the market, we'll squeeze behind the counter and put a sheet over us, that market was supposed to close down so it would make sense. If worst comes to worst we fight!"

 

"Great, now we wait, it's good that the shelves have a little gap so I can see outside! If a light comes, we must lie down as flat as can be."
"Okay then, here that Whisper?"
Whisper made a quite chirp, meaning "yes".
"What are we going to do, they'll find us sooner or later."
"There's only one person who can stop this and it's the champion."
"But isn't h-"
"Yeah, Lysandre beat Diantha and he's back the ways the stories had said. Not even the ones who had defeated him last time can stop, Lysandra has become the champion of all champions, not only that, he's controlling Lance, Steven and all the other champions! The only way is for a person from here to become the champion, defeat Lysandre and take over this gang he has made. The new champion could take control of the new gang, sentence the members or just demolish it in general. Reckon we could do it, Em?"
"Yeah but the thing is, Dylan... The League here, it ain't based on electrical scanners, frauds would be easy to get past in Unova and Kalos, here our league, there are trained psychics, mind readers, the real thing, just by touching the badge they'd know it's not real."
"Yeah but we can't get frauds anyway, can we?"
"What I'm saying is, no matter how bad the situation is, we have to win the badges fair and square or the only good people, other than us, left in this region and others will not let us destroy this threat!"
"I see. Even if we stole the genuine badge?"
"Yeah, ev-"
"Shh, something happening outside!"
Sirens were rung outside, people locked their homes, the gang tore down the doors and took people away from their homes.
"People, of this humble region, my name is Traiz Ion. I'm one of the scientific experts in the gang.The gang has decided to give this little region, a little chance. We are giving any surviving or uncaptured people, the chance to save themselves and the whole world. There are six regions, excluding this one, we have taken each champion, given them Pokémon and put them in six different cities. The seventh one will be me and the eight, he'll be a surprise, if, somehow, you beat us all, we'll let you face Lysandre. If you beat him, in your dreams, the gang is yours and you can do with it, whatever you want. We follow Lysandre and he has told us to stay true to our word so we shall. That is all, in this area, the Gym Leader will be Steven."

 

"You think?"
Dylan said sarcastically. He looks out the gap, no one is there, Dylan still wasn't sure.
"Plusle, can you push yourself through the gap and quickly look outside?"
Plusle nodded. Plusle squeezed through the gap and then waddled over to the doors. There was one guard. Plusle hurried back to tell Dylan.
"One Guard, huh? Chimchar, Emily get Whisper, we're going to burn the place."
"What, are you crazy, Dylan?"
"Not all of it, just get Whisper, tell her to use Ember outside, I'll tell Blaze to use Ember too. Plusle will use Nuzzle and we'll create a few sparks and a bit of fire to scare the guard off. They're too small to be seen."
"Okay, Whisper, you ready?"
"Whisper nodded.
"Blaze?"
Chimchar smiled.
"Then, go!"
The Pokémon ran to the edge of the door and begun to attack softly. The guard felt something hot on his butt, he felt it and found burning fire, then he felt his hair, somehow sparks had gotten into it and it had become all spiky. He ran off screaming.

 

After some training against each other, all of their Pokémon had grown stronger. Chimchar was near evolution.
"Blaze, you're growing! I think it's time, Emily. One last battle!"
"Let's go!"
Torchic chirped louder than usual and it stood in it's position. Plusle made a little spark, indicating to start.
"Blaze, use Scratch on Whisper's head!"
Blaze looked puzzled but did what Dylan said. Blaze ran and jumped onto Whisper, who tried to escape. Whisper was scratched on the head, Whisper panicked and started running in circles, chirping insanely!
"Whisper, calm down. Let's get 'em back! Whisper, use Peck!"
Whisper ran to Blaze.
"On the count of three, Blaze. 1... 2..."
Blaze huffed and puffed, Whisper was nearing.
"THREE!"
Whisper attacked but at the same time, Blaze used Flame Wheel, scalding Whisper's beak!

 

"Well, if you can do that, so can we! Ready, Blaze, let's go. Evolve into Monferno!"
Blaze glowed and glowed, into the brightest light.
"Nice, let's use this to our advantage, a Peck is coming, use... Seismic Toss!"
Holding Combusken by the beak, Blaze gripped the beak, spun around and threw it in the air. He ran to the spot where Whisper would alnd and got ready for a Power-Up Punch.
"Don't get cocky, Dylan! Whisper, let's show him why! Fire Punch!"
THe two punches clashed and both Pokémon were blown back. Monferno landed straight on his feet, as did Combusken.
"They're both tired, who'll fall first?"
Emily and Dylan gritted their teeth. Combusken fell but then Blaze did too.
"It's a draw!"
"C'mon, Emily. Let's go heal them up."
They went back to the mart and fed the Pokémon potions/ They stopped later on and just talked, it was harder to maintain space now, as they had grown so instead of curling beside each other, they changed position and Blaze lay on Thunder and the same went for Whisper and Emily. They talked and talked.
"Wait, what was that?"
