    Turn one, Kanto conquers Orange Islands while other regions all build their troop numbers. I believe Sinnoh or Hoenn has the greatest odds of victory due to their size and the fact that Johto and Kanto will mostly focus on each other in the early game. Then again, there are a ton of possibilities and the outcomes are nearly unlimited.
