Pokémon GO

Pokémon GO has continued to be really fun to play despite the various bugs, and I've also had some great experiences meeting new people! There's a cluster of three pokestops off the lake near my school, and people often put lures on all 3 and just rake in the Pokémon. While I was there with a friend of mine a crowd of about thirty people slowly formed by the lures, and everyone was really nice and we all messed around a bit. When a rare Pokémon appeared I would sometimes know before it even showed up on my phone because a wave of shouts about the Pokémon swept through the area. Somebody evolved a magikarp and all thirty of us just crowded around to see it haha.

I could never have imagined that GO would create an environment of cooperation and friendly competition on the widespread level that it has, but I'm certainly not complaining!

 

I like Pokémon Go, but I don't actively play the game. I just don't like going outside. The game does have problems though. The gym system is broken and it's hard to catch Pokémon at the moment. I hope Niantic will be able to fix those bugs soon.

 

I gotta say, Pokémon Go is the best game I've played in a while. It's great to know that a game is actually doing something for you health-wise My siblings and I like to play the "guess who's playing Pokémon" game when we're at the park. The only problem for me (besides the servers going down occasionally) is the battery draining. It kinda sucks when you can't be out catching Pokémon because your phone is flat.

The gyms are cool too, but I'm not really into them that much. Gotta catch 'em all!

 

I can see why the game could be fun for people.
But I only use my phone for emergency phone calls and some social media and that's it.
Not really a big phone user, so having GO in my world is utterly pointless.

I know for a fact, my brother plays it.
he is into HIS phone, unlike me. lol

 

I'm surprised the Pokémon Go trend is still going strong. Usually apps kind of die off from news within 2 weeks.

 

It's honestly pretty surprising how successful this game is. Many people I know weren't even the least bit interested in Pokémon back then, but after Pokémon GO, they're suddenly huge fans. I don't know if the game is really that fun or they're just being bandwagon fans. Either way, I guess it's good because it's raising interest in Pokémon (not that it needed more interest tho).

I was really excited for the game back then, and it just came out (officially) in my country this morning. I haven't tried it yet 'cuz it's not compatible with my phone lol, but I'm getting a new phone soon anyway. I can see Pokémon GO being a very fun social activity for me and my friends.

 

I'm very addicted to this game when it was first announced a couple months ago I wasn't even excited about it. It sounded kind of boring, boy was I mistaken. Aside from getting Eevees from 10km eggs I really enjoy the game.

 

Right?? The game is super addicting, and then you can't help but yell or something if a rare Pokémon like a dratini appears on screen. I just evolved my execcute into exeggutor and now it's my strongest LOL Before was my jolteon! What about you guys?

 

My strongest currently is Arcanine which I caught one night while getting some ice cream. I really love playing the game, but with the heat and lack of Pokestops nearby it really kills my motivation to play it often enough. At the very least I try to check to spawn outside my house constantly enough, a Snorlax popped up there once and I've been waiting for more since.
