    Anyway, seems like I didn't really answer your question, did I?

    To actually answer it, I didn't create Elfilin's powered up form myself -- it's basically Forgotten Land's final boss with their way of alternating forms akin to Hoopa's forms. I'm more interested in seeing your take on Elfilin's form, though.

    I don't know of any other characters that might have the technological prowess to be able to deal with complex machinery, so you may go ahead and make a form for Susie.

    Good question! Actually, Belle is Leon's Bellossom (Leon is Maria's cousin; you can read about it in this older RP of mine). I just happened to recycle Belle for Wave's RP.

    It would be a confusing if two Belles existed in the same world, as much as I'd like to bring Kotone's Belle along... Oh! I can make it work. I'll just assume that Belle and Kotone have met already, and that Leon was visiting Kotone.
