    Lawrence motions to the Rotomdex “Children this is Rotomdex we contacted this specific Rotom to test out Ander’s newest invention the Rotomdex.”

    Ander nods “Rotomdex can do many things take pictures, give you information about any Pokémon you meet, and it even has a built in flashlight for dark areas.”

    (Why is part of Ander’s quote in your reply? Also yes say he when you are referring Rotomdex just think of the voic in the anime.)
