I still can't believe this is happening oh my god IM SO EXCITED. And it's coming out in November?? That's pretty quick, no?
I think the names sound like fan-made ROMs but whatever who cares, it's a remake of my favourite region thank you so much gamefreak
Can't wait for (hopefully) the return of secret bases and contests. Also trumpets, Wingulls, and Tentacools.

 

Awesomeee! I wasn't a huge fan of the Hoenn games but I'm actually pretty excited for this. Hoenn introduced some cool concepts and I think they will look awesome in 3D (such as diving). Another thing I'm excited about is what they'll do with that abandoned ship. It was one of my fav locations Well can't wait!

 

I'm not even lying when I say that I had a dream last night where some one (I think it was Cody from disney channels zack and Cody) was playing an unreleased game to show it off, and when I looked it was ruby/sapphire. and I wake up this morning... I almost don't believe it. But I do and I'm super pumped, No more GBA slot required for Pokémon

 

I hope we can still customize our character. With new outfits and hairstyles too!
I'm curious about the soundtracks. Will they still use trumpets or will they substitute them with other instruments? I'm really hoping that they wouldn't use trumpets as much since a lot of people didn't like them.

 

OMG OMG OMG when i saw this i was in shock, Hoenn was the introduction for me in Pokémon, it was incredible.
November 2014? Now i know what i want for Christmas too, i wonder if its the same plot or new one, i wonder will be there more megas? All the legendaries Hoenn have they're a lot of them.

So much glee from hearing this. Sapphire was my least favorite of the series. Didn't like the character sprites or the music. Here's hoping the remake will more than make up for that.

 

Well I'm delighted. I just finished an Emerald Nuzlocke last month. I don't quite like the Omega/Alpha inclusions to the titles and, yeah, I thought this was a thread for fan-games at first because of that, but a Hoenn remake at long last is welcome and they could have chosen worse.

 

I have waited for this since HGSS ;A; I loved RSE so much. I can't wait to see what they have done new here. Maybe a redesign of May and Bredan or whole new characters like BW2

 

This is the best news I've heard in a while, I can't wait to hear more about these games.

I mean, be honest, didn't we all see this one coming?
I'm not surprised at all, it was only a matter of time before they announced it.
However, I am surprised that I was actually right when I said they should make a Pokémon Omega, and the next day, they announce it!
And, honestly, I can't really get excited, because I haven't seen anything yet. Which is probably a good thing, because November is still quite some time away.

Nevertheless, of course I'm getting this game on the release date, this is where you should set some money apart for!
I've played through the Hoenn region more then any other region, so I can't wait to see everything again, in 3D!
