Pokémon as a franchise has a very extensive bulk of merchandise, with a select number of Pokémon species getting more merchandise lines than others. What Pokémon do you think could use more official merchandise? What types of merchandise (clothing, plush toys, pins, etc) would you like to see? Would you buy them?
I'm not much for buying merch (in fact, the only merch I have at all is a Mewtwo amiibo, and that was a surprise gift), but I would love to get me some Duskull mask. The mask itself as a mask, or as a pin or necklace or shirt print or anything. I think it's subtle enough and iconic enough to those who recognize it that it would strike a really nice match of my fashion sensibility.
Where the **** is the Feraligatr merch But in all seriousness, I want some more merch of gen 2. And also, where are the shinies? Do you know what I’d do to have a shiny Zard figurine and a Feraligatr figurine.
Personally I would love to see more Croagunk, as its one of my favorite Pokémon, and, from what I can tell, one that's not all that popular. I kinda collect plushies, so it would kind of be cool to have a Croagunk plush, but I think it would also be awesome to have a shirt with Croagunk punching away Dialga's draco meteor move, because that moment from the Darkrai movie is absolutely epic.
I just want more merch to become available in my country. So much is not shippable, or just plain not available in Europe.
Honestly any Pokémon that isn't Pikachu or the Eeveelutions at this point. The amount of merch (especially plushies) they get compared to other Pokémon is kinda ridiculous if I'll be honest. Like everytime a new eevee merch line is announced I roll my eyes so far they go back into my head. We get it, the Eevee line is popular and Pikachu is the mascot, but for the love of God please give us merch of other Pokémon. Anything! Even more Starter plushies, Charizard, Snorlax, I don't care!
Banette SandSlash / IceSlash Ninjask / Shedinja Mawile Kricketot Burmy / Any Wormadam I don't have too many, but man it would be nice to see them, without paying someone on Deviant Art an upwards of one hundred dollars, just to get them.
