You can get gothita and seadra in the game, but if you don't want to go catch one, I can ask my bro can I use his y and trade you a seadra?

 

A follow up of Kaeda. All the Pokémon I've listed can also be gotten in game. If you spend the effort to breed/catch tho. It'd be easier to just do tradebacks if you just want to see them all for your dex.

You just have to fish for them in certain spots, but like I said I can ask my bro can I use his y to give you one. You can keep it btw; in case you wan to use it in one of your teams, no need for tradebacks just give me some kalos low level Pokémon.

Banette is Thursdays Pokémon Village or evolve shuppet (gotten in friend safari)
Dusknoir & Xatu, friend safari
Froslass you evolve from Snowrunt which can be found in Friend Safari

@splasher: Seadra on route 12 are pretty easy to find for me. I keep trading them on the GTS lol
