Pokedex Discussion

Any spooky or bittersweet entries in the Pokédex are my favorite.

My National dex has been completed in Y! I'm so happy about that. I like the dex, it gives people a thing to do after completing the game.

 

I don't know who writes the Pokédex entries, but I want to meet him/her The Pokédex is so full of amazingly creepy and weird entries, it's amazing.

I completed it (with exception of the event legends) in both Diamond and X

 

Like both replies before said, i also want to see if there's a history behind the Pokémon since the entries have strange histories.

And i have all Pokémon in my Y Pokédex, including event ones.

 

It's great to just check some random Pokémon on your dex if you have nothing to do for a moment, you might find some interesting facts you didn't know yet. Someone at GameFreak HQ spent hours just thinking of these entries, which is pretty crazy when you think about it xD The Pokédex is basically just a collection of all the Pokémon you've seen/caught, which makes it really easy to see which ones you still need to obtain in order to fill up the entire dex. I also love all the different designs the Pokédex has had in each generation, it really goes with the technology.

 

Filling the dex is really hard but it's cool that I have something to do after the game. I completed it on FireRed, Emerald, Platinum, and X. Never got around to finishing it on the other games because I ain't got time for it xD I would love to finish them in the future though.
