I saw the site and slowly approached the rhydon slowly and asked in pokespeak softly "what are you looking for"
The rhydon appeared taken aback for a moment, and then said in a deep gravelly voice, "The humans have taken my daughter, Arian. Where is my child, human?"
I was enraged how can someone take a kid away from their family "I do not know but I'll help though your tribe hurt my sister" and then I started yelling to all around "this rhydon's daughter they will leave if they find her and are able to take her home" my weird taut of my pupils turning into red slits in ether extreme anger or joy this time it was anger. They seemed to glow blood red.
Virgil paused, one hand on his klefki's Pokéball. The residents of Slate Town were beginning to emerge from where they had taken cover, murmuring among themselves. Finally, one man stepped forward, casting a nervous glance at the massive rock and ground-type Pokémon. "I'm sorry, but I don't think anybody in this town would take a baby rhydon." he said shakily, "But I've heard rumours of poachers straying into these parts, maybe they could have been responsible."
I says "maybe but let's... See if the father knows what they looked like and we can check to see if anyone matches" I asked the rhydon "do you know what they looked like"
The rhydon grunted, "There were two of them, one female and one male. Both were tall, with short green hair. They came from that way." he motioned toward the path that led out of the city and through the foresty route that led into the next city. He turned back to the girl, narrow eyes hopeful, "Will you find Arian?"
"I'll try but have one of your smaller tribemon look at the faces for them" I told the man and asked if they could put out a search for them. Then tells the rhydon "I'll need to get my sister patched up before I go but she's family and if they have Pokémon she'll be able to fight them"
Virgil watched as the search teams began to spread out through the forest. He made his way over to the girl who had been talking to the rhydon earlier, one hand drifting toward his pokeballs as he neared the large rhydon. "Can you talk to that thing?" He asked her and she nodded in response. "Tell him that I saw two people looking exactly like that a few days ago."
"Yes but my sister needs to be tended to she got pretty badly hurt" I jester over to Star "so can you get a nurse" after finish what I can do i go over and tell the rhydon "the boy over there thinks he saw them a few days ago"
The kindly nurse smiled and she took the girl's Pokémon, promising to get it back to full health in no time at all as Virgil stood by. The rhydon listened to Lunar, "I trust the two of you to find Arian." he told her. "And we apologise for the damage we've done to your town."
"Thank you though I'm only worried about the humans and Pokémon you hurt building and posesions can be replaced or fixed lives can not" I say and start to walk away to help find the poachers. I get Star from the nurse saying "thanks for helping my sister out" then to Star in like I did the rhydon "how do you feel sis" She replies "better"
The nurse gave Lunar back her Pokémon and Virgil trailed after her as they made their way down the route which the rhydon had pointed toward. "Did the rhydon say anything else about those poachers?" he asked her.
I shake my head and say "all he said they were a male and female both tall and have green hair" Star walks beside me like always
"Well, that's a start." said Virgil. He caught sight of Star and caught a distasteful look at the umbreon.
Virgil looked away, keeping his eyes fixed on the path ahead, "Nothing. I just don't like dark-types." He muttered.
There was a minute of silence before Star stopped them, "There are wild Pokémon ahead." she said. Virgil almost jumped out of his skin, "It talks?!" he yelped before gathering his composed, "Sorry- What's ahead?"
I say "we learned to speak each others languages." Star says "can't completely tell but they seem to be dogs and bears"
Virgil released Ki in a flash of red light. The klefki floated down to Star and greeted the umbreon, his keys jangling together as he moved. "Be alert." Virgil said as they carried along, much more wary this time.
