"Who are you?" Virgil asks. The boy doesn't respond, he just keeps staring at them with the same blank look on his face.
The boy stares at him, "I am One." "One what?" Virgil frowns and looks around, "What are you doing here?"
The boy stares at them as if he doesn't quite understand what they're saying, "I am One." he says again. "Maybe the Gym Leader could tel us something about him." Virgil muses, "This is her Gym, after all."
Rise asks telepaphicly to the gym leader Ki is guarding "do you know who a little boy calling himself One is"
The leader laughs smugly, "That's none of your business! I'll never talk!" Ki jangles his keys aggressively and a look of panic crosses her face, "I-I mean, he's Levi's project! I mean, our project! All I know is he's a psychic and Levi wanted me to keep him where nobody would find him!"
"Well..." the Gym Leader fumbled, "Um... I suppose so... But it wasn't my idea!" Virgil sighed, "Well, this is going straight to the police."
One hums and nods, but doesn't say anything. Virgil wonders if he even has any idea what's going on. "Is there anything else you know about him?" he asks the Gym Leader. She hurriedly shakes her head, "Just that Levi wanted me to hide him because his last base was discovered and he thought One would be safer here. And look how that turned out..." "Well, I guess it's time we hand you over to the police." Virgil says, "There's enough incriminating stuff lying around to serve as evidence." he turns to the door and pauses before turning back to the Gym Leader, "On a different topic, does this count as me beating your Gym?" A terrified Gym trainer hands him a shining badge, "Nice." he looks at Lunar and Solar, "Do you guys want some badges, too while we're still here?"
The terrified Gym Leader hands out some more badges as Virgil calls the police and they arrive at the Gym.
The police listen and say they're going to look into the situation. Virgil hopes that the Gym Leader's status won't protect her from her crimes as he watches her get taken away. One stays by their side, unwilling to say a thing to anyone. "What are we going to do with you?" Virgil says aloud to no one in particular.
