A while back I did a nuzlocke of Pokémon White 2 version on challenge mode. It was lots of fun but I never did finish it so I'm giving it another go! Feel free to join in if you want to. I'll be posting my updates in this thread so you can do the same while you follow whatever rules you like.

    The rules I'm using are:
    - Nickname all Pokémon
    - Release/perma-box defeated Pokémon
    - First encounter capture rule
    - No duplicates (Ex:If I already have a Patrat, I'm not allowed to catch another until the one I have dies)
    - If I encounter something I already have, then I have a second chance to catch a different Pokémon. If the next one I encounter is still the same, I won't be able to catch any Pokémon in that route.
    - No legendaries (Except for BW, you need to catch Zekrom/Reshiram to proceed)
    - Trade evolutions are allowed
    - Treat the Dream Radar like a route

    My first update:
I began my journey in the Unova region as a male trainer named Nate. I grabbed Oshawott as my starter to mix things up from last time when I chose Tepig. At this point I went on the Dream Radar application for the 3DS to get a Pokémon. My first "encounter" so to speak was a Munna. Really nice as Munna has some decent defenses and gets sleep moves like Yawn and Hypnosis. On Route 19 I found a Lv. 2 Purrloin and decided I wasn't going to train it as Purrloin is rather weak until it evolves. On Route 20 I caught a Sewaddle with a pretty bad nature so I'm not using him yet either. Finally, my last encounter was a Lillipup in Floccesy Ranch. STAB Tackle is amazing at this point in the game so I starter training him. After lots of trainer and a bit of grinding it was time for the gym. Cheren is really scary on Challenge Mode so I made sure to have plenty of healing items. In the end Rufface the Lillipup brought me to victory with the help of Munna (I'm not able to nickname Dream Radar Pokémon until I get to the name rater) who took out Pidove.

So with that I have 1 badge and 0 deaths, here's the team:

Nothing too much to report on this time. I caught a Growlithe and beat the Poison gym using Pascal and Munna.
