    "Besides the tennou, there are many other role types." Miyune explained. "There is the shidou, the guide or mentor role, the doukeshi, or comical role, hime, which can mean princesses in the traditional sense, or a lady who acts like one; kami, which are gods, friendly spirits and Legendary Pokémon; buke, or warriors; odoke--tricksters and clever knuckleheads, which may overlap with the doukeshi; and akunin, or villains. That's only scratching the surface."

    The next day was relatively uneventful. Meru had been welcomed to the troupe with open arms, and given a room near Eiji's and Miyune's rooms. This way, Miyune could continue training her.

    "We'll be arriving at our next stop in a few days." Miyune explained. "Would you like to take part in our next plays?"

    The reading room hummed with activity as the actors and Kotona arrived to read over the shows they would do in the next town. "We'll be doing 'The Tale of the Golden Boy' as our first show." Miyune explained. "It is also known as 'Kintaro'."
